May 14, 201312 yr Our ship name sounds more fabulous than any other ship names to be honest. I can't wait for Jáhq to be giving me some Vanessa's sass "Cuz if Joseph has been cheating on me then he'll probably cheat on you!".
May 19, 201312 yr Only down to #52 in Germany... despite spending the majority of the week a lot lower..... what is the chart run in Germany? 44-56-48-50-52 Down 1 place in Ireland to #23. If anyone has the Ireland chart run it would be greatly appreciated. I think it's fair to say that What About Us is already their best seller worldwide with Higher in second place. 'Higher' sold a decent amount in USA and went top 200 on USA iTunes and has been top 1500 on pop iTunes for numerous months. The smash that never was.....
May 19, 201312 yr New peak in Austria #57 and new peak in Belgium #40 Where did you get that Belgian peak Wasn't the german chartrun 44-56-48 or something like that? I'm pretty sure it is in this thread somewhere Edited May 19, 201312 yr by *Tim
May 19, 201312 yr It might *just* get a 10th week in the charts. They're #41 currently (if you take out Robin Thicke's pre-order ahead of them) but the Eurovision/59p songs will start to fall soon pushing them up a bit.

They're #41 currently (if you take out Robin Thicke's pre-order ahead of them) but the Eurovision/59p songs will start to fall soon pushing them up a bit. Hopefully it manages to remain top 40, the weekend effect managed to give it momentum to remain top 40. If 'What About us' is reduced tomorrow it might climb to around #30. The only problem is that there's a new 59p batch tomorrow, so some songs might get a good effect.
May 19, 201312 yr And if they're not within that "batch" then they'll likely slip a few more places. Ecstatic its still top 40. Its climbed atleast 2 places since Friday (I think). :) Hope they manage to sneak in a 10th week. It should leave the top 40 at around 330K then right?

Maybe, it depends if it remains stable, the other 59p songs and eurovision tracks should hopefully start falling down.

May 19, 201312 yr The Saturdays are officially this years most successful Girl Band (So Far!) What About Us: Peak = #1 Little Mix- Change Your Life: Peak = #12 How Ya Doin: Peak = #16 (I really don't like them so the fact they haven't managed to crack top 10 this year despite having really good tv slots, ie Comic Relief, Dancing On Ice, etc...makes it better!) Stooshe - Slip: Peak = #12 (The Fact this is their 2nd bad selling single in a row means if the album flops they will be dropped) so all is good in the land of Sats
May 19, 201312 yr Also the fact that Little Mix's songs are post album releases and have had reasonable chart runs/sales... 'What About Us' for 10 weeks in the top 40! Come on.
May 19, 201312 yr I just find it absolutely bonkers that a year ago '30 Days' went to #7 with weak sales and began to plummet down the charts as usual and a year later they've got a #1 single under their belt with 300K sold. It's mad. (especially considering how Girls Aloud's reunion was quite poor, Stooshe are struggling, Little Mix have done well but not *that* well considering their profile, promo and airplay and the boy bands besides One Direction are all struggling :lol)
May 19, 201312 yr back up to 560 on pop USA iTunes!! Good news. It's still nowhere on the top 50 Pop Radio, though. :S

The Saturdays post album releases (when they actually tried to release one) did better most of the time. Yes, you have "Work", but we all know why "Work" didn't have the success it should have had. I do think The Saturdays are the biggest girlgroup in the UK right now. Surely Little Mix is close, but considering the amount of promo/airplay/media coverage they have, as shadow2009 said, you expect them to - not only do better than The Saturdays - but do much much better in general.
May 19, 201312 yr What About Us #34 New Zealand #34 Uganda #42 United Kingdom #48 Cayman Islands #57 Cyprus #60 Ireland #93 Austria #134 Germany #168 Malta #226 Guatemala #262 United Arab Emirates #313 Thailand #341 Switzerland #395 South Africa Ouch at Ireland and Germany!
