This is polydor that we're speaking about. The next batch of 59p songs is the 1st July, which would be PERFECT to reduce 'What About Us' with all the 'Gentleman' promo, I'm sure it would return back to the top 40.

Yeah that would be perfect!

I can see it returning to the top 40/50 too, especially with the Gentleman promo.

They loved reducing All Fired Up, it's a shame as it could really help with their YTD position.

Lets wait and see maybe it will be reduced upon the release of Gentleman.

I think we need to give the 59p idea a rest.

Well, to be honest, Wall does have a point. Wally, I always thought that idea of 59p was really annoying because sorry babe but you've been telling this since like the third week of its release or something, but now, it does seem like the appropriate time for the song to be reduced. They will be in the public eye during the release of Gentleman and surely their host will talk about their #1 single What About Us when introducing them or interviewing them, so really they should consider it.

That's a good thI g though ain't it? We want as much exposure for Just Gentleman as we can get. I don't think it will do as poorly as people are thinking though. Well that's what I think. Watch it do a MHTO!!
Anxious to see if this will be in the Top 75 tomorrow. Would be awesome if they had two songs charting at once.
Charts at #66 this week. Up 2 from #68. can anyone tell me the Irish & UK chartruns for WAU?
What is its complete chart run in the UK so far?

How did it chart at #66 though? It has been #90-#100 for the past week wasn't it?

UK-1-3-4-8-13-18-23-27-38-36-43-55-63-68-66 15 weeks

anyone have Irish positions?

Up, Up!

Might even remain top 70 this week. This making it likely to leave the top 100 on 370K. :)

I guess if you add the other three versions within the top 1500 and remove the song with multiple versions above it, we'd get a position around the #66 mark. :)

Maybe but I don't think that would have helped through the middle of the week as much when it was below #90 for several days. I doubt it will fall much this week in the UK again, and by the looks if it a rebound is on the cards for Ireland again :D this could be their longest running chart run for a pre-album single by the time it's done hopefully.

It's doing amazingly well, but Up was a real success chartrun-wise. It was in the top 100 for so long, let's not even talk about the top 200!

I know. I just saw that. Oh well..

I reckon this could have a healthy chart run in the top 200. It could accumulate quite a few thousand sales. It'll definitely pass 400,000 by the end of the year and then some.
