Does anyone from Eurovision this year have a realistic chance of going top 40? :lol: I haven't heard the songs yet (other than Cascada but that's flopped massively so far in the chart) so don't know what will likely win or be chart friendly.

 

We can all dream that Loreen's performance of Euphoria returns her back to the chart but a low top 100 re-entry is more likely.

I reckon a couple of entries will chart somewhere. Bonnie Tyler will go top 75, and the winner and one or two other songs will probably go top 75 (Cascada for sure for recognition factor alone) but certainly nothing will have anywhere near the impact that Euphoria or even Fairytale had. I think the winner might go top 20/30 and spend a week in the chart.

Agreed with your predictions though do you really think Robin Thicke will be #1? it is catchy though. Not convinced Union J will make it either, its high on preorders but that will fall pretty quickly. I'd love Icona Pop to do it but don't think it will sadly, at least not to begin with. Isn't Jessie J releasing new stuff soon as well? She could easily be a contender if the song is any good.

Blurred Lines is already available on iTunes (and has been for a couple of weeks) but Amazon has a release date of 16th June
