Love it! Such a classic feelgood/melancholy Kylie album. Loving "Fine" and "If Only" on first few listens, I think "Fine" with a radio edit and possibly a (Freemasons?) remix would be a good second single and Voice performance song.

I think she stands a good chance, can't call it at this stage though.

 

Thankfully 'Sexercize' is not the second single, it's just a side project thingy she shot a video for. 'Beautiful' is the definite second single (not that that's much better).

Beautiful will flop hard, why they are going this route is totally over my head. The record company need to take note off the reviews and fans opinions,if they did they would clearly know this is not the route to go.

She won't get hit singles at this stage anyway, I suppose they're relying on the fact it's a collaboration (not that it'll work).

 

I just hope they don't halt the campaign at two singles.

Album is number 2 around 2,000 behind George Michael.

Awww, that's a shame, and it will only fall further behind but it's still a good result, seeing as neither Body Language or X went top three. Aphrodite was led with a MUCH stronger single and in a quieter week.

It should sell around 30-32k this week. Gah. Hopefully the Voice promo stabilises things in week three.

I don't think they will, I can definitely see a single being released in time for the tour.

She said in an interview.... one single very soon (into the blue) and one later in the summer...... Beautiful will be Enrique single and she will benefit from all the promo/free video etc...... and Sexercise just a buzz vid.... There is still longevity in Into The Blue yet.... believe me....

Beautiful is a joint single for them though, hers as much as his.

but I mean it is his song....... she is duetting on it and it is on her album, but it is his song and therefore she gets the best of both worlds and another hit...

If they sing it on the Voice on 29th March then it has a chance of getting some sales and if remixed by Cedric Gervais etc and a sexy video....

Not that impressed with kiss me once. There are some good tracks but a lot of tracks which I don't care much for and I feel she has lost something with this album.
