Club singer Pete Conway, 64, performed at his son's own ceremony in LA in 2010 – and now Robbie will return the favour. Robbie, 39, will take the mic at his country pile in Wiltshire after his dad ties the knot with South African Melanie Mills, who is also 39. The couple met through the Donna Louise Trust, of which Robbie is patron and Melanie is head of fundraising. Pete, who proposed during a trip to Malta last year, said after his engagement: “Robbie is so, so pleased for me. “Melanie and I have been together for two years so we thought we’d get engaged. The next thing is to plan the marriage.” Robbie splashed out on the eight-bed rural retreat in Compton Bassett, Wiltshire, in 2008.
