I've only ever been embarrassed when I bought the Little Mix album because it's slightly embarrassing for someone to see that you're buying a "girly" album. :drama:

An album with cover art that grabs me is more likely to be purchased, of course. I have also previous bought albums purely because the album titled really struck me, or sometimes just because it made me laugh.
Made no difference. In fact, I couldn't even tell you what the cover was like on 90% of the albums I own

I don't care about the album titles however the album artwork on the other hand...

I was very late buying Paramore's new album due to hating the cover and The Summer Set's new album Legendary would be unknown to me if I hadn't seen it albu cover and thought 'that's interesting let me have a look' and the musics amazing so yes album covers can sway me, sometimes for the better and sometimes for the worse.

Well, I suppose that I don't really like album covers if I've got too used to an official single cover to play a song. I mean, the cover of Rudimental's Home is AWFUL.
Even though Kevin Rowland's 'My Beauty' was a pretty damn good covers album, it barely sold a copy due to Kevin's decision to pose in drag (with suspenders and everything) on the front cover. I still bought it, but was pretty apprehensive.

Ignoring the fact I wouldn't buy his album even if it had the world's greatest album cover, I probably would ignore an album if it had an album cover like Kanye's recent one. Unless, of course, it was by an act I was a huge fan of, although I'd be pretty annoyed and let down with such a feeble cover.

Just looked that up. Ugh.

Definately something that the anonymity of internet shopping was made for!
