:w00t: I'm in love with it

I think Crazy Cool is easily the best thing she's done since Butterflies, and we all know just how much i adore I Love You

Just checked HMV.com and it's been pushed back AGAIN to Nov 22nd

This is taking the p*** now.

Listened to the first 8 tracks in the car this morning and it's a marked improvement on her last album imo :o Crazy Cool, and track 2 (the name of which escapes me right now), and I Love You obviously are all brilliant!

 . This is getting ridiculous.

They may aswell wait until January now, at least then she might make a minor impact on the charts whilst the release schedule is quiet.

Shall try and download Cocool this week sometime.

I was sooooooooooooooooooooooooo looking forward to it arriving on Monday as well! Butterflies is A-list on Radio 2 it's now or sodding never.

There's even a crappy cover version on iTunes :drama:

Is it? It's really weird how they're holding back the release then. I was also looking forward to getting it - I pre-ordered it ages ago, so annoying! :(

Yeah, i was really shocked. It went straight in to the A-list as well :o

I preordered on Aug 24th according to HMV :drama: I just wants it now

I find it interesting that there are now karaoke versions of the song on iTunes! Who'd have thought the runner up song behind Fairytale would still be going almost 2 years on!

Anyway...it's being cherry picked from the album enough to be #300 on iTunes right now and will hopefully carry on climbing!

The album is on iTunes?

WTF!!! WHY WON'T HMV GIVE ME IT!?!?!?!?!?!

This release is messed up

It's actually her 3rd album with a couple of tracks knocked off and 3 added from her sublime 4th album :kink:

Quite why Butterflies isn't #1 and I Know won't be released on monday in stores to assume it's rightful position at the top of the charts for all eternity [or at least until Keisha's album appears next year] i'll never know :drama:

If I'm being honest, I find the I Know album fairly uninteresting in places. Butterflies is amazing and I Know is very nice but I wouldn't say I'm dying for it to be released. Granted a lot of filler has been removed for the UK release and replaced with better songs, but I miss her cover of Little Lies.

Considering it's so much better (imo) I think Cocool should have been released here with Butterflies and I Know on there as bonus tracks. That would have been an amazing release

I actually rather love the I Know album, while it is reasonably samey i quite enjoy listening to it.

I fully agree that Cocool is superior to I Know. I wouldn't really label anything as filler on it.

Yay at Butterflies being on the A-list at Radio 2...more than Lena managed right?

Non-yay at the shabby release this has been given. I do find it quite funny that there have been karaoke versions released, who on earth would want that?

Also, I hate to say it, but I listened to Cocool last night, and nothing's jumping out at me :(

I suppose it should be taken for granted that nothing on there was gonna reach the heights of Butterflies, but there's not even a Longshot on there...it's all blending into one for me at the moment sadly.

I love about 4 or 5 songs on Cocool and like about 5, although it slips into filler territory towards the end.

The problem is that it's all a bit samey, apart from Crazy Cool which is a bit different. And not only samey in the context of this album but every song on Cocool could have just as easily been on the last one. She's found her niche of string based MOR pop and she's certainly not deviating from it

That said, melody wise, I find it a hell of a lot stronger than the I Know album overall. Certainly more stood out on the first listen and everything up to and including track 8 is very good imo.

And yeah, Lena only got to B-list on Radio 2 but I have a strong suspicion that the BBC have no idea that this song has a Eurovision connection - same with BWO's Lay Your Love On Me  I wonder if they'd still be so enthusiastic about it if they knew that it was a Eurovision national finalist in 2009
