I know it's a bit late to be asking this when it's just going into decline but was 'Story of My Life' One Direction's biggest radio hit? I know it was their first significant one since 'What Makes You Beautiful' but I remember that doing worse than it should have, so I'm curious to see if SOML surpassed it.

According to acharts.us 'What Makes You Beautiful' peaked at #4 for four weeks - I haven't really been paying attention to 'Story Of My Life' so I don't know if it's matched that (and charts.us seems to have stopped updating the US airplay chart since some time last year) but I don't think it did.

Hmm, WMYB was almost certainly bigger then. I think it peaked around 100m AI which I recall being quite low but at the time that amount probably would have got you a lot higher than now. #4 for a month wasn't a bad run at all :o

 

Just checking Kworb, 'Do I Wanna Know' has 17.912 (+0.102) between Alternative/Active Rock/Rock/Triple A, whereas 'Chocolate' has 13.792 (-0.882) between Pop/HAC/AC/Alternative/Triple A. Surprised to see the latter on a supposed harsh decline already, it's rapidly falling on Pop which is a bit weird :unsure:

The Justin increases are nice and all but it seems a bit strange considering the song is down to #56 on iTunes :unsure: Radio seems so willing to play him this year, it's like they're desperate to make his singles hits.
