Is anybody else watching this? The second episode aired yesterday (Monday), and I'm really, really enjoying it. It's really creeping me out watching it in the dark, on my laptop, in bed with my headphones in.

 

It's basically a reality TV game show, going wrong/not as planned. Contestants are thrown into the middle of literally NOWHERE and it's literally "survival of the fittest". They have to stay in this cabin wood area in order to win $500,000. There aren't any rules to abide by, either. At night time tough, crazy, scary shit start happening. My mate thought it was a real reality show when he was watching the first episode, up until

we saw the cameraman running onto the set, bleeding majorly.

which is when he started to realise it was a TV show, in the style of a reality show. It's crazy and I'm excited to see where this will be leading in the next couple of weeks.

Yeah, it's a scripted show about a reality show :lol:

 

Oh and it wasn't even shot in Russian Siberia but in Canada :D

 

Just started the first episode and almost died when I saw Esther Anderson. :wub:

She's playing a real BITCH!

 

 

The last episode got a 1.0 (down 1.1 from the premiere)! Not too good tbh.

But she was such a good cop in Home & Away! <3

 

That farm boy Johnny is dreadful. Daniel seems nice, as does Tommy. Sabina is ICE COLD.

Yeah, this show was never going to be a ratings winner, unfortunately. But I hope it's enough to keep it going through to the end of this season, at least. The concept is great!

Thanks so so much for posting about this because I would never have known about it if not! It looks really good and I've just finished the first episode.

 

My only problem is that

I don't believe at all that they would have carried on with a TV show if a contestant had actually died and a cameraman was injured, especially all in the first week, even if they did all agree to carry on. Obviously this was never going to be that realistic but still :lol:.

 

Started watching this last night and watch all episode that have aired so far. This is really good and it's such a shame the ratings are so bad. Darn NBC. So many unexpected twists and turns. I was so gutted at what happened in the last episode

Esther wasn't going to cross the line but that's just because of the opening credits where it shows her going towards the line. I also really don't want Johnny or Daniel or Joyce to be kicked off.

I am loving Sabina I just wanna know how she got to camp first haha. Miljan just needs to die tbh. I wonder what's happened to

Jonathon and the production team and I can't believe Natalie left.

I'm going to get my girlfriend to watch this and see how long it takes her to realise it isn't real haha.

I want to see it, but anyway, doesn't seem something so innovative to me. If ratings are bad there must be a reason, but I'll review it carefully later.

The reason is usually that people are f***ing retarded.

Intrigued by this. Will check it out but have some reservations
