Rochelle Tweeted promo starts soon..I really hope the promo is spread out, rather than piling it all on the release week.

if there's one thing that history has shown us, it's that you can't predict $*!@ when it comes to The Saturdays! ^_^

I think what you mean is, if there's one thing that history is shown us, it's that you can't keep The Satutdays down :P

I have to say the Wideboys Radio Edit is simply EPIC! I never prefer remixes but it's amazing!

The bass really slams down after the 'autotuned' dissscooo love.

For me the LUVBUG edit feels better.....probably should do a few more listens...

Apparently they have a large amount of dancers (Over 10) It makes me wonder if they could have a big promo slot? Strictly?

More like Graham.

They NEED a big promo slot!

People don't seem to be clicking with Disco Love, The single pre-order is at #1487 currently and the E.P isn't top 400.

I can't believe Radio 1 have snubbed it, I don't think they have ever properly snubbed a Sats single before and typical it's the one fronting the album campaign :(

The Saturdays ‏@TheSaturdays 14m

We're so excited to reveal that the first #DiscoLove performance takes place next Saturday (Sept 21) on @SteppingOutUK! #SatsOnSteppingOut

I'm not worried at all about Radio 1. It's not the first time they've been listed a single just 3 weeks before the release (I think it happened with 30 Days?) and Mollie has appeared in a few shows, so they have a good relationship with them. Plus, they are not going to choose to snub them the moment they are releasing a new album.

I think it may not be too late for the Radio 1 playlisting, I mean John Newman is out the same week and they're not exactly gonna ignore him.

John Newman and Conor Maynard have been playlisted though!

Radio 1 have only played this once so I'm not expecting huge support from them, although when Radio 1 snub you once, they're likely to just snub you with your other singles too. We've had consistant support with them for five years though which is pretty brilliant considering how fickle they are, and anyway it's not too late to playlist them.

Trust The Sats to perform on a show which is failing :/

Stepping Out is facing the axe after poor ratings! LOL.

Still it's surely got to be better than Daybreak/This Morning and at least it should help boost album and single pre-orders, so not bad so far. Well done Management keep booking those slots!

I agree, I don't think Radio 1 will playlist them because Disco Love has only been played ONCE, usually when Radio 1 add an artist they get a couple of extra plays during the days before Wednesday. Still perhaps they will playlist them 2 weeks before and leave them playlisted when the albums released??

thats great news!

Stepping Out may not be a blockbuster show, but when the last single has two performances (with basically the same small audience) its great to add something different.

Even if they dont get Strictly (likely to not happen if they are on SO) or TXF we could still get

Daybreak

This Morning

Loose Woman

Alan Titchmarsh

Alan Carr

Graham Norton

Stepping Out

At #47 on that unofficial chart. Following All Fired ups route as that was at #38 this point of time on this chart. Must be very close to the top 100 now on the official chart

Sorry for the repeated message!!

The fact that they're promoting this prior to release week is a good sign. Stepping Out has been averaging 2-3 million viewers. Not a whole lot but better than Daybreak which averages less than a million.

Alan Carr averages between 1.5-2.5 million so if we could get a 3m rating that would be great!

An ideal promo schedule would be:

Sat 21st Sep - Stepping Out

Fri 4th Oct - Alan Carr: Chatty Man

Sun 6th Oct - Strictly Come Dancing: The Results

Mon 7th Oct - This Morning

Tue/Wed 8/9th Oct - Radio Visits (Kiss Fm, Radio 1, Capital etc)

Fri 11th Oct - Daybreak

Sat 12th Oct - Surprise Surprise

Sun 13th Oct - BBC Radio 1 Interview (During Top 40 show).
