To all MW Subscribers, please check your account with MW, they have send out new passwords to all subscribers, at the moment I'm having trouble accessing the Charts and Analysis section of the site, it tells me to apply for a new subscription, I've just sent an email to MW to sort this problem out, as I'm already a subscriber and I can't access the chart data section.

If you do not have an account with MW, please do not post anything else in the topic, I'm only getting the message across to MW subscribers.

Music Week keep pestering me to subcribe, if that counts? :)

I guess you scared off anyone else who might have replied, by your above comment.

Sorry to boost this thread, but I've just subscribed through a discount offer on digital subscriptions, and I was just wondering if any of you had any information about the subscription, do I get sales information or is it just charts on Music Week?

For sales information you use the Analysis menu I don't know how far they go back to, but most of them are on Buzzjack from 2008 I think just a case of trolling through the archives when you have a lot of free time  but you won't get top 75 sales, all the sales info you get is what I rip out every Monday on here.

For charts use the Charts menu and navigate through to what chart you require, they only list top 75, no further than that for singles and albums.

I gave up trying to use passwords for articles and stuff years ago, they never work. Even after emails and requests to alter email accounts they never worked. In the end I got so annoyed I rang up to cancel and they persuaded me to stay for a couple of months free, so I stayed. I still can't access online info though, but I find the download version of music week useful when I'm on holiday....
I can still login without any problems, Martin. What does the login process ask for? For me it's my email address and password and it has asked for this since an overhaul of the login process about two or three years ago.

You should contact Music Week at musicweeksupport@intentmedia.co.uk. Either Karma Bertelsen or Craig Swan will get the email and either of them should be able to get your online access sorted. When I use that email address it's usually Karma who responds, she's the person in overall charge of subscriptions at MW.

gives a full list of contact email addresses, along with the names of the staff.
