Due to popular demand, doubles of "Ego" and "Video Phone" have been removed. For those who rated both versions, I am using an average of the two scores.

Ties have been separated by more higher scores.

As long as our love doesn't put Love On Top on top :P

Listen, If I Were A Boy or Irreplaceable ftw, realistically it could any one of about 10 songs though

Finishing in dead last is "Gift From Virgo", Beyoncé's ode to her lover who is a 'gift' from Virgo. It's unmemorable, along with the majority of its parent album - three more songs of which also finish here: "Yes", "Signs" and "The Closer I Get To You". The former of which is also unremarkable, but Bey's vocals managed to make it fairly more interesting. "Signs" tells the story of Beyoncé's love for a Sagittarius (Jay-Z's starsign) and features of-the-2000s-moment producer Missy Elliott. Bey's chorus is nice enough but it does grate after about the third time. "The Closer I Get To You" is a sweet love ballad with deceased legend Luther Vandross. I perhaps rated it a bit too harshly, because although it is an incredibly slow number, the production is very smooth throughout.

Two songs from the Sasha Fierce EP finish here, both of which were released in remixed forms featuring big US stars; despite this, both failed to make a major impact on the chart. "Ego" is a nice R&B number that garners far too much undeserved hatred, whilst "Video Phone" is slightly more grating and was remixed to feature Lady GaGa as part of the stars' phone-themed collaborations at the end of 2009. One song from the other half of Bey's 2008 double album, I Am..., also appears: "That's Why You're Beautiful". Again, it's fairly uninteresting and Bey's vocals drone on for quite a bit too long, but I quite like the first verse.

The only other song not to feature on either of the two albums mentioned is "Dreaming", a Japan-only bonus track from Beyoncé's latest album, 4. It's a fairly nice mid-tempo about love, although it perhaps feel a bit redundant as "Dance For You" (also on 4 - more on it later) does the same job and arguably better.

Nothing particularly amazing there, I don't much care for any of them. Ego and Videophone aren't THAT bad though.
You know, it would have been nice if you told me before doing this (I could have easily done it during next week, which was why I said "might") because it was my idea in the first place. But you may continue.

Another Dangerously In Love album track and the first of six (I think) appearances from Beyoncé's then-future husband Jay-Z. Although not a patch on "Crazy In Love" from the same album, it's a nice breezy song with a fairly catchy chorus. "Speechless" also appears from the same album and again is fairly uneventful. The production is quite nice though, featuring a guitar solo over which Beyoncé ad libs.

After having no songs appear in the bottom ten, a trio of B'Day album tracks crash out here. The sexually-driven "Kitty Kat" is the first, featuring hidden lyrics relating to Ms. Knowles's anatomy after she's been rejected by a male. A promo video was released for her 2007 anthology DVD. "World Wide Woman" is the next up, and is yet another of Beyoncé's lyrically-empowering anthems. The rather strange "Amor Gitano" (meaning "Gypsy Love") is at #66, recorded with Mexican singer Alejandro Fernández for his album. According to Wikipedia, the lyrics contain a 'broader, melodramatic concept of love'. Beyoncé sounds as fierce as ever in Spanish, especially as the song reaches its climax.

The Dangerously In Love album track continue to drop like flies, as two more show up here! "Hip Hop Star" features less of a hip hop style, but is in line with the rest of what we've seen from the album so far, and features Beyoncé singing to a rock instrumental. It features Big Boi of Outkast and someone else who contribute all of about nothing to the song. The other track from the album is more laidback, similar to the previous tracks. It picks up by the time the chorus comes around, which is fairly catchy.

Two songs from the platinum edition of I Am... Sasha Fierce are also in this section, the ballad "Honesty" and the US-only "Poison". The former is a cover of a 1979 Billy Joel song and features Beyoncé's soothing vocals asking her partner for an honest relationship. The latter is a mid-tempo R&B number about a relationship that is difficult to escape.

At #61 is another cover, this time of a Rose Royce song, "Wishing On A Star". It was first recorded by Beyoncé in 2004 for her Live At Wembley album, and was randomly given a download release in 2010, despite already receiving a Grammy nomination for Best Female R&B Vocal Performance back in 2006 (losing out to Mariah Carey's "We Belong Together", although she did win the Best R&B Performance by a Duo or Group with Vocals award for "So Amazing" with Stevie Wonder).

I didn't vote as I haven't heard all of Beyoncé's albums but I'll pop in and out of the results. :D Not bothered about 'Ego' or 'Video Phone' in the bottom heap - Lady Gaga looks great in the latters video, so does Beyoncé in some scenes.
I liked WWW and Poison but I can see why they're out this early. Satisfying results so far!

Not surprised the DIL album tracks are so low.

Irreplaceable ftw.

Kicking off the top sixty and finishing with a perfect score of 6 is "Welcome To Hollywood", which is a re-recorded version of the Jay-Z song "Hollywood" (which surprisingly has finished higher here). It's a fun R&B song with a very summery sound. It was released on the deluxe edition of Beyoncé's second album, and another song from that also appears here, "If", which replaced "Still In Love (Kissing You)" on later prints due to there being sampling issues with Buzzjack fave Des'ree. It's a nice drum-lead R&B ballad with a nice chorus which nicely builds before the final chorus.

The first song from the standard edition of 4 is also in this section, and I'd say it's deserving of its position in relation to the album here. It's a laidback R&B song with Beyoncé expressing how she cannot live without her 'James Dean', Jay-Z. The second (or third if you count "Welcome To Hollywood") song with Jay-Z is at #58, taken from his and best mate Kanye's 2011 album Watch The Throne, the anthemic "Lift Off". I can admit that it's not the best work by any artist involved, but it's the one of the funnest songs by all artists involved and that shines through here.

Perhaps the most boring song in Beyoncé's back catalogue is "Satellites", which has somehow made it as high as #56. It was part of the I Am... disc on Bey's 2008 double-album and that is literally all there is to say about it. Dull.

Over to the albums now and like Pavel in the JLo rate, I'll be revealing them in the order of the average received, regardless if it was an album or single.

4: Dangerously In Love (6.196)

Highest rate: 8 (Griff & Mikeyjosh)

Lowest rate: 2 (Michael!)

Finishing in last surprise is no surprise at all, Beyoncé's début solo effort and general lowlight of her career, Dangerously In Love. Despite housing some absolute killer singles, the album fails to impress due to its dated production and lack of any real 'umph' past these. It was released in 2003 and was an immediate #1 on both sides of the atlantic and has sold over 11 million copies worldwide. The highlight for me past the singles would be "Hip Hop Star", but at only a 7 in my rate, that really speaks for the quality of the rest of the album. Thankfully her quality control increased in leaps and bounds by the time second album, B'Day, was released, which we shan't be seeing for a long time...

The next track to appear from 4 is the 90s-influenced funk R&B song "Party", featuring André 3000 (the other half of Outkast!) and uncredited vocals by Kanye West. It's definitely not as immediate as some of the other mid-tempos on the album, but I fully appreciate it now and it's one of the most infectious tracks on the album. J. Cole replaced André 3000's rap for the single version for some reason, which can be heard in the video posted (which features cameos from Kelly Rowland and sister Solange).

At #54 is one of Beyoncé's most divisive songs (and singles) ever, the fierce hip hop-influenced "Diva". Beyoncé brings the sass throughout the song and accompanying music video. I think a lot of the hate it garners is incredibly undeserved, the only thing that I would change about it is the 'I'm a-a-diva' chant (which has been compared to Lil Wayne song "A Milli" - no, I've never heard of it either). Following it is "Suga Mama", funk-influenced anthem in which Beyoncé proclaims that she'll pay for whatever her love interest wants (the antithesis of "Irreplaceable" then, if you will). I perhaps rated it a bit harshly here (giving it a 4) as the chorus is incredibly infectious, despite not being as great as similar tracks on the B'Day album.

At #52 is the third Jay-Z song, this time taken from his 2006 album Kingdom Come, the original version of "Hollywood" in which Beyoncé features. There's not a great deal of differences between this and "Welcome To Hollywood" (as Beyoncé just sang Jay-Z's verses in her version), so it's surprising how it finishes so much higher. Another duet is at #51, taken from the re-release of Justin Timberlake's second album, FutureSex / LoveSounds. Beyoncé recorded vocals with Justin after a solo version featured on the original edition of the album, although doesn't appear until over two minutes in. It's a sweet lovesong with beautiful vocals from both artists, but it wasn't the global smash that one would have expected given the statuses of both in the 2006-7 period.
