Posted August 1, 201312 yr P!nk performed her second show in Sydney last night but before she did, a story surfaced on Facebook from a guy called Derek. He says he was buying his copy of The Big Issue from a guy on the street and when he asked how he was doing. He said he was amazing and that he had just met P!nk. The singer had walked passed about half an hour before with a few of her body guards, and not only did she buy a copy of The Big Issue, she gave him a $100 tip, 2 VIP tickets to last night’s show plus backstage passes. The man then said that no one had ever treated him that well. Kyle and Jackie O spoke with Derek and found out the full story behind this amazing act of kindness from P!nk. "I was buying my copy of The Big Issue and I asked the guy how he was doing… He said he was amazing. He asked if I knew who Pink was. I said yes. He said she walked past (with some big bodyguards) about half an hour ago. She bought a copy and gave him a $100 tip. She also gave him 2 VIP tickets with backstage passes to her concert. August 1, 201312 yr She's really one of the most down to Earth pop stars around, isn't she? I'm sure there have been lots more of those, they just weren't covered by tabloids.
