Yeah this is fantastic, loved it on first listen though its a crime that this is their first top 10 hit in 6 years!

I cannot wait for the album I reckon it could have first week sales of 200k+

I'm surprised this thread didn't get more posts, this song is incredibly good and it makes me so damn excited for their albums.

The video is amazing as well.

It's good, very Black Keys-esque. Odd that it was the one to break their top 10 duck when "Do I Wanna Know?" will probably be better remembered. "R U Mine?" remains the best of the three singles for me though, that and the brilliant Olympic performance really laid the groundwork for this sort-of comeback.

Will probably buy the album this time as well, didn't bother with "Suck It And See" because I was underwhelmed by "Humbug" and couldn't get into "Don't Sit Down 'Cause I've Moved Your Chair" or any of the other singles.

Really liking this at the moment. As Charlie says, it sounds very much like the Black Keys, unsurprisingly as they have been touring with them so that kinda makes sense.

I am bound to go off with time though as it seems that the singles that I love from them are all ones I didn't think that much of to begin with and that subsequently grew on me (with some notable exceptions).

The video is also pretty great.

This includes all the elements of my least favourite things about music in it but it ends up sounding pretty tolerable. Do I Wanna Know has been the single of the era so far though.
The first 2 singles I've liked from Arctic Monkeys in ages, hope they continue like this.
I still find the Monkeys very listenable but I don't find they grab my attention like they used to. Good to see them back in the top 10 though

That b-side is gorgeous.

And the album leaked.
