I'm not so sure she'll GET a hit single to precede the album unless she pulls off something as huge and undeniable as Only Girl (In The World), for example.

The only real difference I can see is this is a tour for ANTI and named as such, and she won't even have a finished album for it.

Maybe the album is called 'ANTI' because it's an ANTI-album and therefore it goes against the conventions of releasing a normal album, meaning it won't actually be released.
