"Sweeter Than Fiction" is a song recorded by American country music singer-songwriter Taylor Swift. The track was co-written by herself in collaboration of Jack Antonoff, guitarist of the American rock band fun. The track is confirmed as the main theme of the upcoming movie “One Chance“, starring James Corden as Potts, and it’s scheduled to premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival on September 6.

The song plays during the movie’s final credits, but Taylor might be persuaded to give a live rendering following the gala screening in Toronto. According the press release, It’s a good, poppy song that makes the point that “life is sweeter than fiction”.

Ooh yay new Taylor  I think it's a BIT soon for a new album but I certainly wouldn't object to that!
When she does a Soundtrack single it means a new album is coming shortly afterwards...

Well yeah give it another year, the gap between "Safe & Sound" and the release of "Red" was about 10 months..

Likewise with "Today Was A Fairytale" and Speak Now  I'm looking forward to this anyway, Red was one of my favourite albums of 2012 and she's been on a roll with it and its singles, hopefully this does well in the UK chart as well as the inevitable US success.

I was referring to "Eyes Open" which was released in March 2012, and "We Are Never Getting Back Together" was released in August 2012. I call that 5 months. Don't you?

And there was only half a year between "Today Was A Fairytale" and "Mine".

This has just been released onto UK iTunes!! :cheer:

You can listen to the song here, it isn't HQ though. Really liking it on first listen and I'm sure its even better in HQ!

Obviously not one of her highlights but it's decent for a soundtrack single and I prefer it to "Today Was A Fairytale".

I like this song. The sound reminds me 80's..Especially the verses..She should promote it with a video. I think that Taylor Swift improved her music and that's why she is popular everywhere.
