Ugh. Another dull remake. What's the point? With a bit of imagination and some alteration of story and character it can just be an all new show.

More like a stagnation of ideas in Hollywood and a culture of copying what has been successful elsewhere rather than airing the original just for the dollars and not giving a shit that they are ruining the show in the process.

 

 

Hollywood should stop remaking other countries shows like yesterday.

It's starting to get EXTREMELY annoying! As if the US can't do good shows on their own. By far the most shows I watch/love are created in America and by Americans!

 

If they struggle to create a good show, can't they just get JJ Abrams to do 59 more shows each season? I'm sure he had about 10 times more ideas than that just this week. Oh and comedy-wise, just get Amy or Tina some cash and they will show everyone how it's really done.

I was worried too and surprised it got a 16-episode renewal

ABC are pushing Scandal SO hard. Loves it! 3.6 is phenomenal for a show that started with a 2.1. Hope they don't f*** this season up, as ABC are prone to doing...

 

Hopefully the long winter hiatus wont hurt it too much. Pesonally I think it was a stupid decision - it was necessary for Revenge and OUAT because of all the awards on Sundays, but not with their Thursday shows.
Lucky 7 is GONE. Scandal repeats filling the slot for the rest of the month.

I don't think anyone in the world is surprised at that decision.

 

 

They should have picked up 'Murder In Manhattan' instead....

They should have kept Devious Maids, it had tons of potential on ABC. But at least on Lifetime it'll be treated better, I think...

The Simpsons is officially carrying on past the current 25th season..

 

Has anyone seen "The Crazy Ones" this week? After being a little so-so on the pilot, I LOVED the second episode and it sold the characters to me, one to stick with I think.

Yep, it's definitely one I'm gonna be sticking with. The cast is great and found it really funny. I've enjoyed both the episodes so far. I just hope it doesn't fall much further.

Was sort of hoping that NBC might just keep that as a 13 episode season. Great that it's the first to get a back 9 though!
