Nary a kloo....

Looks like this temporary job I'm on is ending the 26th of this month, and after I get all packed up, will be headed back to Florida...

Sounds like PO Cruises are sponsoring Jonny's Performing arts academy because he tweeted a few weeks ago that he was on a cruise with them and he did a write up in one of the newspapers about it too. Something like that anyway.

I'm going to try for Stevie Wonder tickets at Hyde Park for July 10th on Friday morning. :)

He's performing Songs in the Key of Life in its entirety which is one of my favourite albums ever from 1977

I think it could be a bit of a bun fight though as it's his only European date on his tour. :o

I'm not a fan Laura so really do not know that many of his songs but I think the tickets will be very much in demand, I hope you get lucky

No, it was 13 weeks to start, with the chance to go an additional 13 weeks, but, there've been hiccups along the way, and with me dodgy back, I'm glad it's not been extended...

Today is St Patrick's day in Ireland so I have a day off work :cheer:

Did you have a nice day Tess?

I didn't realise it was a National Holiday.

Why don't we have St George's day off in England I wonder?

It was lovely Laura, the weather was really nice so made a big difference for people in the parade. There is an International Band competition this coming Sunday in the city , they come from all over to compete including the UK & the USA

Got my Stevie Wonder tickets :cheer:

Sunday 10th July. Hyde Park. Can't wait. :yahoo:

Mind you...

Cost of ticket: £75.00

"booking" fee: £9.00 (for what?)

Postage fee £5.50 (compulsory)

what a con <_<

Gneiss two no eyem a bog thesis daze....

The drive back to Florida has really got the sciatica going again right now....my primary care doctor wanted to see me in 3 months from me last visit, which would have been back in January, but, working out of town like I was, made it a wee bit hard to do at that time...am scheduled to see him Monday afternoon for a belated 3 month check up...will let him know me aches and pains haven't been getting any better...

Found out before me last day on that temporary job that someone actually figured out all the walking done for the med delivery route I had, and was told it was 8 miles from the start of the shift until the end....
