September 25, 201311 yr I've chanhe'd my mind. At first I was hoping top 3, but realistically this is gonna got to about #6 prediction for that week - 1-Miley Cyrus - Wrecking Ball 2-Eminem - Berzerk 3-One Republic - Counting Stars 4-Katy Perry - Roar 5-Jason Derulo - Talk Dirty 6-The Saturdays - Disco Love
September 26, 201311 yr 6th October, the main iTunes thread... it's going to be carnage! I'm actually more excited about what some people will say after it has underperformed. "Why are you so negative Hurricane? It has sold 42 copies more than Gentleman, you should be happy about it!!11!!!" Shame as it's an extremely good song, but oh well, you can't do much when Radio 1 isn't even playing your new single. September 26, 201311 yr Author Disco Love if it manages to peak top 10 will peak at around #09 or #10. Their going into a campaign where their airplay is worse than usual! I predict a peak of #13 for Disco Love. The girls management should be starting to worry because all signs are that with the underperformance coming around the corner it will damage their radio support even further!
September 26, 201311 yr Disco Love #2 Armenia #371 Ireland #509 United Kingdom Gentleman #898 United Kingdom What About Us #96 Ghana #189 Cyprus #303 Oman #318 Ireland #355 Bermuda #360 Dominica Album: Living For the Weekend #57 Armenia #187 Malta #258 Ireland #338 United Kingdom #964 United Kingdom Album: Gentleman - EP #26 Cambodia #227 Vietnam Album has held up quite well the past few days
September 26, 201311 yr I genuinely think it'll miss the top 10, but will have better sales than Gentleman. Miley, Conor, Eminem, Katy, Jason, John Newman, One Republic Plus X-factor guests... Oh well...Least we got another album. Everyone said that they'd finish after Wordshaker, Headlines and On Your Radar...So I guess we should just be thankful we got a fair few albums out of them. I hope they don't finish though, because despite low charting music they still have the potential and STILL MAKE MONEY even if it isn't from the music. I reckon they do ok though, each single release they sell a good few Physical CD's through the website and they are getting £2.99 plus £1.99, I'm pretty sure they have a contract with the postal service so they make profit on the £1.99 too. All things considered, most artists just release a 99p iTunes single, so this added in I'm sure they at least break even with the singles.
September 26, 201311 yr lets just enjoy the music and not stress about positions/sales/splits, one day they will be gone and we will miss the days when we could be excited about new music and performances etc. :)
September 26, 201311 yr lets just enjoy the music and not stress about positions/sales/splits, one day they will be gone and we will miss the days when we could be excited about new music and performances etc. :) I agree, it'd be nice to go a day without talking about their imminent disbandment. They could be together for another five years for all we know. As much as I hate their lack of drive, I think that's a big part of why they're still together. They'll never get burned out
September 26, 201311 yr I know this is off topic, but what's going on with iTunes? roar is #1 and Talk Dirty is #14? when dis this happen?
September 26, 201311 yr I know this is off topic, but what's going on with iTunes? roar is #1 and Talk Dirty is #14? when dis this happen? Are you on the right iTunes mine still has Dirty Talk at #1 and Roar at #2.
September 26, 201311 yr Are you on the right iTunes mine still has Dirty Talk at #1 and Roar at #2. Hahaha it's sorted now. For. While the explicit tracks had been removed :P
September 27, 201311 yr Album: Living For the Weekend #64 Armenia #232 Malta #380 United Kingdom This is going on and off the top 400 in iTunes :( I guess 380 amounts to ~50 sales....in iTunes. Combining both deluxe and normal versions should probably give a higher chart position

September 28, 201311 yr The fact that the album is out in 3 weeks and is struggling to break the top 300 on iTunes is worrying to say the least! There should be millions of non iTunes users.....so the actuals sales could be higher (with many wishing to buy the physicals) => Physical Sales + iTunes + Amazon + Universal store + others !
September 28, 201311 yr The fact that the album is out in 3 weeks and is struggling to break the top 300 on iTunes is worrying to say the least! I actually think the pre-order has been doing BETTER than I thought it would have. Many fans will have pre-ordered it through Universal Music and there's also Amazon, etc. I'd say it's on lock to perform better peakwise than On Your Radar did, easily.
September 29, 201311 yr Disco Love creeping up now #364 was #467 yesterday. C'mon SMASHHH! Hopefully it keeps climbing this week :D
September 29, 201311 yr Even more #318 :D I swear I just had a little flutter in my throat!! I'm so excited for this release :D
