It's completey exhauating seeing them make the same mistakes over and over! I don't know when they're going to learn! I wouldn't be surprised in a change of team following this album!

Combined, though?

combined #10

It's back at 12 on itunes. (and 80 - album version seems to have stalled)

Is there an actual performance tonight?

Combined:

1. Rap God 1.0000

2. Counting Stars 99.4 -0.3

3. Wrecking Ball 83.6 -3

4. Juliet 57.9 -1.2

5. Berzerk 55 -0.6

6. Bonfire Heart 51.1 -0.9

7. R U Crazy 45.3 -0.9

8. Afterglow 43.3 -0.1

9. Roar 41.5 -0.1

10. Change Your Life 40.6 -0.1

11. Talk Dirty 37.6 -0.1

12. Disco Love 37 -0.2

13. Hold On, We're Going Home 35.8 -0.1

5-12 wouldn't even be that bad of a drop, they've had worse. Airplay is picking up so hopefully it will hang out in the Top 20 for a couple weeks.

The Live Acoustic version is suddenly number 482. Don't really know how because it hasn't had any sort of advert since their twitter/facebook yesterday morning?
Disco Love back at 11. Just Jason to re-overtake and they're back in that all important iTunes top ten.
Conor is ahead of them combined. I forgot about him. :( So they're still like #11 or #12 combined even if they overtake Jason.
It would be so good if they could get back ahead of Jason Derulo and possibly Katy Perry! If they do, I'm thinking #11 officially at the end of the week!
Of *course* the album was going to fall. I doubt they're gonna lose out on a top 10 placing anyway, they sold 4k in just one day and only need about 6k more to guarantee that top 10 place. That's something they'll do by Friday I'm sure. It'll surely be top 10, not a flop *at all*.

Combined:

1. Rap God 1.0000

2. Counting Stars 97.1 (-2.3)

3. Wrecking Ball 85.7 (-0.7)

4. Juliet 55.5 (-2.4)

5. Berzerk 53.2 (-1.8)

6. Bonfire Heart 52.3 (+1.2)

7. R U Crazy 44.8 (-0.5)

8. Afterglow 42.6 (-0.7)

9. Change Your Life 41.3 (+0.7)

10. Roar 40.4 (-1.1)

11. Disco Love 38.6 (+1.6)

12. Talk Dirty 36.4 (-1.2)

13. Hold On, We're Going Home 35.4 (-0.4)

Yeah I'm not bothered about the album at all right now. I'm more focused on Disco Love hanging around as that's the only source of promotion for the album. And if it sticks around it's more likely to pick up airplay and if they release another single it means they won't have an uphill battle trying to get radio on board again.

This.

Albums are something that can sell over a long period of time, due to the strength of the singles' airplay, sales etc. Singles have a much smaller window, when the radios drop them, they're usually gone. If Disco Love can keep selling and build up just a bit more momentum, it'll help sell the album, and will also mean they'll probably release another single off the album, which will ALSO help sell the album.

I care about where the album charts, it's quite important for them to get a good peak I think cause I'm sure it's not gonna sell bucketloads exactly, they're not really album sellers anyway and this is a poor climate for albums so I wouldn't be surprised (or even gutted) if it sold less than 100k. A good peak is needed though, Stooshe's album didn't end up selling lots but it got a top 10 peak and it makes it look a bit better.

Stop moaning about management and when will they learn.

It annoys me so much! They did really good promo for Disco Love. Yes this weeks a little dead but I'm sure they are not just sitting around doing nothing!

Just because they are not on TV doesn't mean they are not busy doing Tour planning, next single planning, photo shoots, meetings, interviews for magazines or individual stuff.

The management did really well this time! They weren't to know James Blunt would have a massive hit, One Republic to suddenly blow up, Eminem to push his release date back or Miley Cyrus to push hers back too with the release of the album!

Also, in respect of promo this week..They were on so many programmes last week they can't keep appearing on everything people will be sick to death of them! The saturdays aren't the most popular band in the world they are never go to sell loads of copies because they aren't 'Cool' They know this and they do the best they can!

i do agree the promotion has been better this time round! just hope they don't abandon the album now it has been released, i'm sure they won't as they will want a single to go alongside the tour. i just think more than one promo slot for the album week would have fared better, but saying that, the promo is in the middle of the week so people who see the show, may decide after seeing them that they will buy the album at the weekend etc

I agree about the promo. There's only so much they can do. People forget that for this entire album (including 30 Days) they've already done Alan Carr twice (What About Us, 30 Days), Surprise Surprise, Stepping Out, Loose Women, Daybreak three times, This Morning four times, Alan Titchmarsh, a Keith Lemon show, V-Festival, Radio 1's Big Weekend, numerous gigs including GAY twice, Google Hangouts, Lorraine and an album listening party. They're not going to get X-Factor or Strictly and there's big demand for slots on Graham Norton due to how popular his show is so they really have done everything they can. They have Live Lounge next week as well. And anyway you don't see every other artist on TV all the time. The girls should be at a point where they can sell material based on their airplay. They've been around five years and had alot of success so they shouldn't really need to still be whoring themselves out on Daybreak with every release.

They are SERIOUSLY close to the top 10 0.4% behind Jason

album down to #20 on iTunes

let me get this right, iTunes album sales aren't really a big contributor? it's mostly physical sales? if so that means we don't really need to worry about how it's doing on iTunes?

Drake just overtook them again :nono:
