Brilliant column as always, Suedehead2. Just to point out that 21 has fallen out of the Top 75 for two weeks earlier in the year (chart dated week ending 6 July, 2013).

"After being knocked off the top spot last week Katy Perry’s Roar holds steady at number two. One Republic move back up one place with Counting Stars. Their two previous top ten hits (one with Timbaland) both spent at least six weeks in the top ten and this looks like following suit. As it replaced Wake Me Up in the top five last week, the Swede has now spent the last eleven weeks in the highest reaches of the chart.

 

Drake’s Hold On We’re Going Home (featuring Majid Jordan) continues its inexplicable popularity and climbs back up to a new peak of number four. Avicii’s You Make Me spends a second week at number five."

 

I think you misplaced the last sentence of that first paragraph :kink:

 

Also, Sub Focus had a #38 hit with the fantastic 'Rock It' back in 2009 before his #41s and also hit #23 with 'Out The Blue' before 'Tidal Wave'!
