Vanessa was a bit flat and Una sounded like a dying cat attempting the "waaaoooh", so no, they didn't get the vocals with that one...but I do believe it's their best performance too (overall).

I've always loved Mollie's intro. One of the best thing they have put their names to.

Watching their older performances, specifically from the Headlines! era, makes me really depressed. They used to be so fresh and energetic and everything was on point. It's gotten pretty bad. They are rarely a five-piece, the energy is missing, the dance moves are sloppy, the vocals are inconsistent, and the styling has gotten cheap. I really hope Not Giving Up gets them back on track, though I worry as Frankie won't be back to normal for quite some time so I can't see them doing any amazing dance routines (assuming she is even back for the campaign) or a hot video.

EDIT: Okay, most of their Disco Love performances were pretty tolerable and Sunday Brunch, Stepping Out, Daybreak, and Surprise Surprise were actually quite good. But they simply can't nail What About Us live.

Disco Love was good indeed, but then Mimollie mimed her way through all the performances, Frankie wasn't there to provide flat vocals, and the other three relied A LOT on the backing track/reverb effect. The chorus is mostly all backing track with Vanessa fighting to sound just slightly louder than the backing track itself. So hmm yes, they actually sounded good while performing Disco Love, very good sometimes, but it was still unconsistent to me because of the sloppy miming.

You know what I actually hate? It's that their backing tracks are awful. They should ask how One Direction and Little Mix do theirs because it's much better.

I LOVE IT TOO. This one as well even though Rochelle is missing :')

I would actually pay for an acoustic tour. That would be incredible and they could release a live acoustic album!
When will we know the BRIT nominations?

I'm seeing the mixers get all ridiculously excited on Twitter saying its tonight but unsure.

It is today indeed. I think it's in about 2 hours. If they choose have a girl group for best group I think it'll be Little Mix, I can't see them having both. Hopefully Sats will get Best Single though.

As someone pointed out (the BRITS predictions thread btw), the number of nominees used to be 10 until last year, it depends whether they keep it at 15 or return to 10. *Fingers crossed for 15*

It'll probably be 10 this year and then back to 15 next year knowing The Sats luck.

This is probably the only chance of ever getting a Brit nom so I really want them to get it.

It's the top fifteen, the official Brits twitter has announced that Ellie has three nominations, two of which are in best British single therefore one of her nominations must be for I Need Your Love which is something like number twelve in the British year end chart!
I Need Your Love is 10th and Wild wasn't announced as being nominated when they announed Jessie J being up for Best Female so I think it's back to 10.
