plus, the reduction in price of Disco Love this week, What About Us last couple weeks and the fact the album is still being advertised on itunes. I'm sure the record label would have some say there.

 

then if the 2nd March thing is true, they usually have 6 weeks between radio premiere and release. radio premiere Monday 20th?

They won't be scrapping it. They're most likely just not allowed to reveal anything yet as it would spoil the announcement. Diana Vickers was filming the video for Music To Make Boys Cry (although that wasn't known to be the single at the time, it just leaked that that was the case) and at a gig a few days later, she said she didn't know what the new single was. It's not uncommon to deny all knowledge for now.

I'm waiting for them to announce Leave A Light On which for me would be tragic when NGU and AWY are there, but I wouldn't be completely offended at DLMDA.

I would love for them to release something like that cause its one of the best tracks they've got for this album :wub: but I'd prefer a high chart position over a song that no-one is gonna buy :(

Rochelle was brilliant. Even though she slipped up with the salt/sugar thing, I still thing she baked the best over all three challenges and deserved to win! At least we can assume she came 2nd from the comments made by Paul and Mary while deliberating about the winner.

Yes, someone posted a few months back, I think the fact it's an aging demo is one of the reasons the song is looked down upon a bit, personally I like it, I'm glad The Sats took it, it's not my least favorite track on LFTW by far.

The production on the demo is actually better (but obviously, cheaper, if you know what I mean). I don't know the bass fit the dance sound of the album a lot more. Also the middle-8 on that demo makes more sense than the dubstep.

 

I've never hated PWL, though.

Was just listening to Somebody Else's Life acoustic and it reminded me of how much I love it! Which version does everyone prefer? For me it's definitely the acoustic, on the studio version the production is awful and Vanessa sounds awful on some parts.

I prefer the album version. It bores me as a ballad. :(

What time does the mailer usually arrive?

Usually between 10 - 11. I hope they at least say 'We're announcing the new single on ____'
