Newton Faulkner - Write It On Your Skin - 55,500 (End of 2012)

Elton John vs. Pnau - Good Morning to the Sun - <55,500

Avenged Sevenfold - Hail to the King - 36,233 (12/10/13)

I've just included #1 albums that have sold under 100k (Jack Johnson and Iron Maiden albums have more than likely passed by now) and there's a chance I may have missed a couple of albums (if I have, it's more likely to be ones from pre-2009 as I didn't check them as carefully due to album sales being much better than today).

I think Elton is probably quite a lot below 55.5k.

I've just asked Vidcapper for his last sales figure for it so hopefully he'll be able to give an estimate. It missed out on the 2012 Year End chart so I just had to put <55.5k for the time being - I did hope Music Week would give a total on the same week The Diving Board debuted but unfortunately they didn't. :(

Fun fact of fun: there has been a new entry at #100 in the album chart in each of the last 4 weeks - Jonas Kaufmann 'The Verdi Album', Clannad 'Nádúr', Bowling For Soup 'Lunch. Drunk. Love.' and now DARKSIDE 'Psychic'. There was only one previous #100 album this year (The Union's 'The World Is Yours').
