October 13, 201311 yr This is only Miley's 3rd top 10 album - I assume you took that from Wiki where it lists 'Meet Miley Cyrus' as a #8 album, but that was actually on the compilation chart. 'Breakout' and 'Can't Be Tamed' did make the top 10 and she also charted at #17 with the EP 'The Time Of Our Lives' between the two.
