Ohhh yay. Normal album version so far. Now Christmas is out on Friday, but I'm not sure if it'll be a silent iTunes release and iTunes will promote it on their front page closer to Christmas. Though, once bonfire is over, people usually start getting into the spirit.

So excited now :D is it still on the Christmas playlist on Spotify?

I can't find the big playlist, she is on the smaller Christmas Pop playlist with 200,000 listeners. Hopefully she'll be on the main one too.

That's the playlist that Spotify was constantly advertising throughout Christmas last year.

 

Even 'my only wish' by Britney was entering the Spotify top 100 and getting higher streams than Leona because of this playlist.

 

- lets just hope they're using it again this year!

Christmas Day is on a Friday this year, so it means Christmas songs will have a full week with Thursday being Christmas Eve - the day that Christmas songs peak (Leona peaked last year), this will work hugely in their favour. I'm not sure if we'll actually get a chart on Christmas Day, but the same rules will apply.
I'm sure will be hearing this all over Heart like we did last year :dance: Just a shame didn't back the new material...still baffles me!

Heart only very rarely play songs that aren't already big hits. It took Little Mix 2 weeks at #1 for them to playlist Black Magic for example. If FUMF or I Am had stayed stable in the iTunes top 40 they would have supported for sure. Either way, I really hope OMS gets just as much, or more support on Heart this year. It was getting 3 daytime plays a day last year. (I think the first play was December 1st)

Inclusive sales are higher now, so I think OMS should go silver this year!
