I think Saturdays are selling a bit better. Disco Love sold more than their newest single without the radio support and x factor performance. And The Wanted haven't had a single sell almost 400k in the past year.

The Wanted have been riding the success of 'Glad You Came' for ages now. They're desperate for a US hit again yet Chasing The Sun only went to like #50 over there and We Own The Night/I Found You just scraped the Hot 100 and no more. Over here, their singles have had really short chart runs and that's even with massive airplay support.

Disco Love is now only 17 places lower than Show Me Love even though the latter was released last week and had X-Factor and the former was released six weeks ago and has shit airplay.

Don't want to jinx it, but they're back to Dark green on kworb :)

Has anyone seen how fast Eminem's songs are falling? Survival, Rap God and Berserk are seriously dropping in percentages. If they're dark red all week and continue to plummet then The Sats could overtake them, plus Justin Bieber and Taylor Swift (who has been dark red for ages as well) and then minus GaGa's two songs and James Arthur's second version and we could have the girls at #33 or something by the end of the week. Then Paul O'Grady on Monday could push them up a bit further, too.

Of course, this is just assuming the girls remain stable and everything goes to plan.

Yeah! I love how we always come up with optimistic projections each week, when in reality they always drop another 5+ places or something! :D

I really don't think Eminem's songs are going to drop fast enough sadly, and Taylor probably already has a huge lead on them. They've been flip flopping with Union J all week though, so maybe/hopefully they can overtake them for Sunday!
They were holding up so well staying at a combined 39/40 and bloody Gaga has raced up the charts again. No idea why?
They have jumped 3 places to #42 now..It's still looking stable which is good.

I saw that but then they went back down to 44...

Doesn't look like Gaga will hold up though there's a big gap between them and Union J now so hopefully they can overtake them by Sunday.

It was played on TOWIE at the start so hopefully as people player it on ITV tomorrow it may help keep it steady.

It's surprising how songs used on TOWIE really helps push songs up on iTunes. I'm guessing it's because it hits the 16-25 demographic who buy chart music!?!

Anyway, hopefully they can push for 130k before year end!

I'm sure they will manage to survive top 40 this weekend.

If Jessie J ' Sexy Lady ' managed to start freefalling come tomorrow then it should at least manage to overtake it come Sunday. I'll get some news on Friday... hopefully they're still top 40 come Sunday.

They only jumped to 42 for 7 minutes. Jessie J had been slowly falling all day, fell slightly behind them and jumped back up. Same with Gaga
The Saturdays' have never been ahead of Jessie J. They're only 0.4% behind her so hopefully their able to start gaining a lead tomorrow onwords.
#43 and dark green. Take away Martin Garrix which is a pre-order, James Arthur's double, and two songs by Gaga that won't be eligible. That makes them #39 :)

It's easier to see it that way. #39 indeed.

I think his midweek today was #37, though? Or was it #39...

I think his midweek today was #37, though? Or was it #39...

they were 37, but Rap God and Survival had only been counted from Tuesday, so were behind them and will overtake them, unless they fall really quickly - they've been falling about 10 places a day.

Plus 'Animals' is a pre-order isn't it? So they're up another place...
What is AWOLNATION - Sail? And why has it jumped ahead?
I think they should have Top 40 locked for this week. Probably between #38 and #40.

Probably 40 because they've closed the gap between Union J but have been overtaken by Sail in the mean time. - They're ahead of You Make Me, but I don't think they'll overtake its overall sales for the week.

They're currently 42 on iTunes with 5 songs that don't count ahead of them. Though Justin who's below and probably Eminem - Rap God have sold more than them for the week.
