October 26, 201311 yr Some are predicting this for Xmas No.1 but it stands no chance if the XF single is going for it.
October 28, 201311 yr Author This single is now a major contender for No.1 as it is being released for a good charitable cause 'Save The Children' which will get a lot of publicity. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HsWjdtLGohQ Brian

The Britain's Got Talent star sings alongside a recording of the King of Rock and Roll on the track Oh Come All Ye Faithful. All royalties from the record will go to the charity Save The Children. Boyle told Sky News that becoming the first British artist to have a posthumous duet with Presley was a career highlight. "I'm very honoured, it's a bit surreal, awe-inspiring and awesome," she said. "Not everyone gets the chance to do a duet with him." She said she had always been a fan of the legendary artist. "I remember his music being played in the house growing up quite a lot - and I used to love going to see some of his films," she said. In a recorded message at a central London news conference, where the single was announced, Britain's Got Talent supremo Simon Cowell said he was proud of the star. "No one of all the people I've met has a bigger heart than you," he told her. Oh Come All Ye Faithful - which appears on Boyle's fifth album, Home For Christmas - will be released on December 8.
October 30, 201311 yr Author The complete version of the duet: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XZe_rdlMSxE This CD single is released on 9th December and the download on 8th December. The 'X' Factor single will not be released until 15th December. Looking likely that Elvis will get his 22nd UK No.1 on 15th December. On such duets both artists are credited with a No.1. November 19, 201311 yr Thank you for posting the video, Brian. It's a good video, very apt for Save The Children. Of course it's great to have a new 'Elvis' single. My only 'problem' (if you can call it that) with this track, is that I felt that Elvis was just a 'backing singer', Maybe it's just me  I do hope that it helps Save The Children charity. That can only be a good thing B-)
November 22, 201311 yr Author Looks like Susan Boyle will be performing 'O Come All Ye Faithfull' during the 'X Factor' show on the day of its release - Sunday, 8th December. Brian :D
December 10, 201311 yr Author In today's first UK Midweek Singles Chart (10th) the bad news is that the Susan Boyle/Elvis Duet looks like it is not going to sell very well at all charting at No.38 selling some 2,302 singles. Brian :( Edited December 11, 201311 yr by Brian Quinn
