GOD THIS IS SO GOOD. Probably my favourite thing she's done since 'Wow' (which is my favourite Kylie song). The chorus is so punchy and just... pop. None of the trying to latch onto current sounds like Timebomb and just sounded a bit messy. A great pop chorus, proper singalong melody.

Kylie done good.

I have a feeling the single may not do well and will miss the top10. When 'all the lovers' was released, I remember there was a buzz among radio stations and it caught radio play fairly early. "into the blue" seems to be impacting much more slowly and unless it receives support from radio 1, I fear its only going to be a minor hit. Hope I'm wrong cos its a good song.

Kylie was more popular when ATL came out and radio 1 was far less ageist. Her fanbase is big enough to ensure it goes top 10, I mean, Britney managed it with

Work Bitch. Whether Kylie goes into freefall afterwards remains to be seen.

If released last week she would have needed around 23k of sales to make it to the top 10. it is do-able if she gets a good TV promo. I am sure she will perform it on the Voice... I am hoping J Ross etc.

radio play will pick up, remember its still 3 weeks to release... it will be A-list on radio 2 I am sure from next week and Capital seem to support her.

She already has 1500 vinyl sales, I would suspect the same amount in CD physicals if not a few more....

Its picked up a few sales on iTunes already and you will be surprised how many she has sold on her own website... there are 4 options from singles, bundles, remixes etc.. plus iTunes have yet to release the remixes and bundles etc

I am a huge fan and have not bought yet so there are plenty. some of my mates haven't even heard it yet so I am sure with the right promo it will do OK. I am hoping for a top 10 that would be huge for her . we just need to buy a few copies each :)

Its song of the week on Radio 2. Its on most internet small regional playlists and its on Capital FM playlist... its just not available to buy yet.... like a friend said... why would you buy a pre-order iTunes single?

you would think if Timebomb reached number 31 with just 2 days downloads, no physical and no radio play that surely Into The Blue will make top 20.... and hopefully top 10

Why are people doubting that this will go top 10?

I think it is just the sheer volume of sales needed for a top 10 these days and the song could get lost. but I have faith Kylie fans will buy it in UK and pre-orders should continue to trickle in over the next few weeks.

the Remixes are number 4 in the Australian album chart and 21 in NZ which is promising

You clearly don't follow the charts then, sales aren't that good, Kylie will easily manage top 10.
Oh don't get me wrong I love this song and think it can do really well. I also think she is doing exactly the right thing by building up sales in pre-order etc and getting a good position in the charts. It just needs to climb iTunes on the Sunday to get noticed. and I am hoping that will be with a Saturday 8th March live performance on The Voice..... :)
Love the sound!! Though the bridge bit doesn't quiet go with the chorus... but still I love it, and what a sexy performance!!
