It's been a while since I last listened to Aphrodite but I remember it being very pop, very sweet, very innocent. Kiss Me Once seems to have a good mix of classic Kylie with tracks like 'Into the Blue', 'Sexy Love' and 'Kiss Me Once' and a more mature sound with 'I Was Gonna Cancel' and especially 'Feels So Good' - the more I listen to the album, that song stands out to me as the sort of direction Kylie should take now. Therefore I would agree that this album was stronger than Aphrodite.

The production and the way she's whining on some of the tracks on Kiss Me Once are what make me rank it below Aphrodite.

Aphrodite isn't the world's strongest album, but it really defines summer for me and I always enjoy it in those months.

Oh yes, I remember absolutely loving Aphrodite in the summer of 2010! I say it's a very sweet and innocent release but I by no means think that's a negative, because that type of pop is what sounds incredible with a bit of sunshine!
