Tom Odell remains the only act from the entire longlist of 2013 to have a top 10 single as the lead artist (and he now has 2). Same situation as Stooshe in 2012, 2014 was a little more successful with both Sam Smith and George Ezra.

I am regrettably retroactively removing Sia's 'Elastic Heart' from this list as The Weeknd isn't featured on the version that is actually a single (or indeed the album version, he is only included on the version from the Hunger Games soundtrack). Poor The Weeknd.

Yes, but for the purposes of things like this I keep all songs combined to a single version and in this case the solo version is the more prominent one.
