50k sold out tickets :cheer:

I still regret that I didn't buy tickets for her concert in Athens. One of my best friends had a bad effect on me..He told me that she would sing songs only from "Artpop" which I don't like it so much. However, Lady Gaga had an effect with her music on my life five years ago and I always listened to her music very loud at my home. I should go only for the experience..

She sang 'What's Up' in Zurich again, and nailed it AGAIN http://i.imgur.com/hN9L5Hj.gif

Such a pity you couldn't go! Seeing her live on tour is LITERALLY a life-changing experience, some people don't realize this sadly. When I saw her for the first time with the Born This Way Ball, it was literally what confirmed me as a full-blown pathetic loon :kink:

She has such incredible stage presence and her live vocal is phenomenal - something that doesn't come across on many of her song's studio versions. There's also so much effort put in with a show's theatrics and her dance routines. She also has GREAT chemistry with her audience, she really knows how to say and do the most heartfelt of things on a live date. When I watch on shows on YouTube, I always look out for the parts where she speaks to the audience because whatever she says is so inspirational and a truly iconic <3

Leaping off stage to crowd surf in Barcelona!

I cannot believe I didn't post what an amazing time I had at the London date on the 26th! I went on holiday soon after so it slipped my mind.

She was phenomenal, obviously.

I'd seen the setlist thanks to the great reviews in this thread and was rather sceptical about Artpop as the opener. Pleased to say that my worries vanished as soon as she started, it made you realise what a perfect track it is as a standalone.

It was an adorable moment when she brought Dylan and Ross (?) to the stage after reading their letter. Whether you love or hate her music you can only applaud ( :kink: ) her support for LGBT rights. Simply screaming to the crowd "hold your head up high if you're gay in the UK" is a message that will reach so many who are still struggling with their sexuality. She's an icon.

The highlight for me was Gypsy. We had some "I'm only here for the hits" kind of attendees around us who just mildly bopped to the album tracks (and who she actually made reference to in not a very positive light, ha) but I could see nearly all of those singing along to the encore. This will go down in history as one of her finest anthems. Gypsy - the worldwide #1 and Grammy awarding winning smash, that never was.

An all round amazing night, quite nostalgic for me as I hadn't seen her live since the Monster Ball in 2010.

Only disappointments were the lack of a full performance for The Edge of Glory and there being no mug in the merchandise collection.

Omygod

Completely agree about 'Gypsy' tho, I saw a clip of her show in Spain the whole Barcelona crowd sang ALL the lyrics to it, and everyone seems to be talking about it, it really could've kept the era going as a single - so heartbreaking!!!!

And you got a mug at the Monster Ball?! I only got a cap, t-shirt and key-ring when I was golden circle at the Born This Way Ball :(

Lady Starlight: "Don't worry, the audience hated us"

For all the true techno fans who are confused by me and Surgeon's performance at the Lady Gaga show: Don't worry, the audience hated us. and have hated my live techno set since the tour began. The universe is intact :)

Lady Gaga's ArtRave: The ARTPOP Ball is wowing 'em right now across the world. It's a show delivered with customary understatement, featuring catwalks made of lucite (that's a translucent plastic) that the audience can walk under, huge great plastic domes to house the band and, naturally, inflatable trees. It's all a grand concept, don't you know

I went for the second time last night and had an even more amazing time than before. She really ticks the boxes as a popstar for me, I've never seen an artist have so much audience interaction and I live for her speeches just as much as the music ("DON'T WASTE YOUR F***ING MONEY" <3)

The live show makes me appreciate Donatella and Mary Jane Holland a lot more (singling them two out as I don't really go back to them on the album). Last night made me realise that Venus is one of my absolute favourites, I think it really represents what she is as an artist and it's a fantastic one to sing along to. I loved how the show varied a bit from the London date, last night she was talking about her friend who she had been maid of honour for which was a sweet moment. But the true highlight from both shows was last night during Born This Way where she got a young woman on stage after reading a letter about sexual abuse and the woman sang a couple of parts into the microphone with Gaga. It was BEAUTIFUL.
