February 28, 201411 yr Author Clips are available on iTunes for the full album. It sounds ok but not as good as her other two albums. For me she is trying to be more relevant than stick to her own unique style and the songs aren't as strong overall.

The Kooky singer - who was secretly married for four years - has a new single out which is produced by music superstar Pharrell Williams but it's not gaining much radio play and she has no idea why. "Some of the main radio stations are not playing it. I have no idea why. I think it's strange because it's been produced by the biggest producers in the world," the New York hitmaker told the Daily Star. "I can only see it as personal. I don't know why because I don't know what I could've done," she added. Though the lack of airplay doesn't seem to have hurt her chart chances as the song - which is at number eight in the midweeks - is on course to enter the top ten on Sunday. March 3, 201411 yr To be fair to her, they probably, indeed, aren't playing it because it is her. 'Picking Up The Pieces' only got B-listed by Radio 1 and then all subsequent singles got snubbed - Maybe they just consider her as a Radio 2 artist now. Which should be a crime in itself if she's missing out on the bigger radio stations, I've got a feeling if someone else sung this track, even in a similar way it would have got more support. That's just the way it goes I guess. :(

March 5, 201411 yr Loving this album as I knew I would.. Looning over Paloma right now! I do quite like 'Can't Rely On You' but I'm not sure about it leading the era, especially after hearing the rest of the album :wub:
March 6, 201411 yr Had my concerns about this album, but it's actually really quite brilliant. Definitely an improvement on the pleasant but rather MOR 'Fall To Grace', as I think this type of sound just suits her so much better. 'Can't Rely On You' still sounds a bit messy, and is probably one of the weakest songs here. They really shouldn't have automatically assumed that having Pharrell's name attached to it would make it a hit. Otherwise my highlights for now are 'Take Me' and 'Only Love Can Hurt Like This'.

March 7, 201411 yr I really like the album, Only Love Can Hurt Like This and Love Only Leaves You Lonely are definitely the stand outs for me, need an itunes rip though with the deluxe tracks!
