Looking forwards to the B-side, I need new music from them, although I'm definitely glad there trying to stick with an album after it's release! Hopefully the b-side as either a Physical only, pre-order only or an album only track to boost the sales of Not Giving Up.

I'm surprised that Capital FM have failed to play 'Not Giving Up' yet, usually when the new single from an album is announced Radio 1 / Capital FM usually play the single along with a tweet.
maybe theyve been asked to refrain until the single mix is unveield, after all, its being treated as a pre-album release

They'll pick up on it soon, I'm confident, it's very radio friendly! Perhaps the label hasn't sent it yet!

It may sound stupid, but does it need to be "sent" to radios?

I mean, it was 'normal' for them to send 'pre-album singles' to radios considering it wasn't avalaible yet nowhere...but this is a different case. Surely the radios should know it's their next single by now?

I think it usually does, with a release date for them to work around if they choose to play it.
That's what I thought. Labels need to send and approve songs to be played by radio. (Although thats not to say they didn't, but with the impending "single mix" they're obviously going to want to announce a premiere date).

Well I felt stupid for a second because you didn't think that because I thought that was how it usually worked anyway, I think they'll wait for the single mix too to be honest, seems strange to send the album version, but I don't know if the album versions were played for any of their other singles?

Don't forget that the original mix isn't available to buy at the moment either, unless somebody decideds to buy LFTW - which is unlikley! lolly, so radio playing it now isn't going to help at all really!

I hope we get some information soon though, I mean without them telling us last Saturday, we kinda already knew it was going to be a single. 31 March is in 8 weeks on Monday, so it could still have a strong pre-release campaign. I want artwork, video prem info, single mix prem info, cd pre order, itunes pre order, promo info........

They're maybe going to do a radio premiere with the girls 'introducing' it at some point?

I wish that were true, but the whole point of making the single Album Only is so that airplay can build up and then when they make it available it will chart high.

I think it will sell some copies of the album, especially if it's still 4.99 in the run up to the single release.

The Saturdays' have a photoshoot tomorrow - new single cover?

Early night for us! BIG photoshoot tomorrow for something you've ALL been waiting for…any guesses??

The #NotGivingUp video is starting to look AMAZING! What do you guys think it'll be like…? 😉

When will the video most likely be released? Is next week too soon? Maybe the week after...

"BIG" photoshoot? If it's for the artwork then I'm excited because their last covers have been posing in front of white backgrounds.

I'm SO buzzing for this video. This song just gives me life. :D For me, this is the type of song that screams big hit. Disco Love grew on me eventually and it's a very good pop song but it's a bit weak and boring next to a massive club anthem like this.

It could be promotional photos for the tour; I mean that would make more sense considering EVERYONE (in the fan base) is querying about it.

I agree. I don't think a single cover is that 'big' for most people.

Perhaps they'll announce a tour if Not Giving Up is a hit with the public after forecasted good sales etc?
I think they're definitely going on tour though; I guess they make a lot of money out of it even if shows are not sold out. It's just a matter of whether it'll be an arena or theatre tour. I'd like a theatre for the intimacy but an arena for the atmosphere. Either way, gotta get dem front row seats/meet n greets! :) Would be cool to see some of you guys too.

Smart thoughts here.

Hopefully you're right!
