So hyped for this. I want it to be massively better than Glassheart. Have to be honest for me thats her weakest album when put up against Spirit & Echo (not that i don't love a few of the tracks on it). I think this however will be her best yet - i have such a positive vibe. Love the name & she looks beautiful on the cover! Cant wait to have this album!

Obviously I'd love multi-platinum Leona back, but in today's sales climate i'd actually be fairly satisfied if she pulled out a Gold -selling album with a hit single.

Glad to see Leona really involved in this album. Looks like she'll play the drums and piano for some of the songs! Get those credits Leona! :D

This album appears to have plenty of upbeat tracks, which is amazing. Hopefully there'll still be a couple of traditional Leona ballads (like "Thank You" from the sound of the description).

So please there's so much uptempo. All I've ever wanted <3

It does sound fantastic, and I agree that the title sounded like it was going to be a slower number. 'Collide' is my favourite Leona track so more dance-influenced tracks from Leona is only a good thing for me!

This album sounds epic from what we heard. I'm worry to hear more because one more awesome track and I won't be able to cope with its perfection ! :(

The snippet of "I Got You" and "Another Love Song" are slaying me at the moment. I need them in full so badly. :(

Imagine the excitement when we get all the album snippets and cover art. When do you all think the album will be released. If there are 2 singles it will probably be autumn.

I assume it will be July in the UK and September in the US. The info we've received so far suggests the album will have a staggered release so if the US release is a few months after the UK one, then I'd assume the UK date isn't too far away. I think it'll be best for Leona if the album was released off the back of Fire since a lot of the hype and effort will go into the lead single so it makes sense to capitalise on its (presumed) success. We don't want a situation where Fire goes to #1 yet the label decide to not release the album until after the second single and then the second single comes in at #5. Also if the album is released in the summer, it has a better chance of charting high. And the follow up singles will help the album pick up sales throughout the year and into the high-selling winter months.

I'm not sure when the best time to release the album would be. Obviously it would do well off the back of "Fire" and probably get an easy #1 in the slow Summer market. But it might also not shift as many copies as if it were released in October time.

But if both Fire and I Am are big successes over the Summer and Island have faith in the strength/appeal of the follow up singles (which it looks like they do) then there's no reason why she can't shift a lot of copies throughout the winter months. If both Fire and the album are successful, Leona will most likely be invited on to the big shows in the winter - Jonathan Ross, Alan Carr, Graham Norton, Strictly Come Dancing (possibly), The X Factor, Children In Need, Royal Variety, Saturday night prime time TV etc.
