After Hearing THE Snippets I Would Say THAT I HAVE 2 favorites.I got you and You knew me when.The next single should be I got you or Another love song.Then go with You knew me when in December or January.

I had a dream two days ago having Leona announce ALS as a single. Justad posting because of the fb ad. LOL. She also opened at No 3. in my dream (US I think). Number 1 had 51K sales or something of the sort. She was also curious about branding in the dream. What do you people make of her brand? It's pretty straightforward to me - ANIMAL LOVER, DOG PERSON (plenty of cute pics on instagram); BIG VOICED ARTISTE (maybe diva and the ball gowns from the Spirit era may work better. I hope this is how she performs YKNW when the time comes. It would be a good throwback to those eras). She should also talk more about her interest in movies, etc.

Was hoping for I Got You as next single. Don't like ALS at all.

I really want ALS and You Know Me When to be singles. YKMW would be perfect for a performance on the Strictly final or X Factor if she's still in favour with them.

The album has leaked (well it's out in new zealand). Stunning, just stunning!

Looking forward to its release tomorrow - I'll be following its journey closely. And will update here as soon as I get midweek info.

 

Lorraine promo didn't seem to do much - shame she didn't perform. Does she have any other TV promo than Lotto. (Not counting the Radio 2 festival thing)

For the labels? Not really. Island/Def Jam didn't invest much money in the making of the album. Most of it was already done by the time the labels got involved. Although an advert then would be very expensive still, but I'm sure they would make their money back and more.

True. 6-7 million people watch XF each episode these days and it caters more to the younger generations - like Radio 1 and Capital do. If she can't get them on board, an ad during XF is a great alternative.

There will be a banner. Pretty much all moderate to high profile artists get a banner :)

Also I wonder when tickets for the tour will go up for sale? She said she's touring February-March. I hope the tickets go on sale later rather than sooner, so I'll have my student loan in so I can afford tickets. :lol:

I hope so. I think it'll do wonders for the album this week.

I can't wait to see what effect the BBC Radio 2 festival Sunday will have. If she gives some really good performances it could give a really good boost to the album.
