I really hope a new single is coming!! But I only want one if the whole promo/campaign is planned properly. I don't want the era killed before it is started. :D

Ahhh exciting! the photoshoot is for a new single.

Can't wait for her to finally announce a new release! Even though it hasn't been a year since CWL, it's feels much longer!

Is that Aaron guy on Twitter reliable who said it's for a new single? Even if he isn't I think it must be something to do with music judging by Seb's tweet! I'm thinking single 1 in November (radio premiere late September) and then single 2 and an album in February? I guess its possible but I'm surprised it's happening so quickly! :o

That's the strategy I'm thinking. I can't work out what else that photo shoot could be for... maybe a magazine? But that hardly warrants a "so it begins" caption.

Yeah the way he's worded it makes it sound like a new single/album campaign is beginning!

Oh so its been confirmed as Album photoshoot! Exciting!!

Perhaps she's got an interview with them or debuting a single with them or something?! Glad to see Leona trying to get Capital on her side. :)

That's good. Leona needs Capital to have a successful hit again, and they seemed to support One More Sleep quite well. Tbf Radio 1 also supported OMS very well despite not being on the playlist.

 

She needs as much radio support as she can get, and hopefully OMS did the trick of getting the support back for good.

Leona has written a very emotional open letter which she has posted on Twitter for her fans. She explains her position very truthfully and it is so admirable that she has done this for us. I really really hope she gets as much success as possible with her future albums and projects and I'm so glad that she seems to be in a better place now than she has been for a while.

I'm shocked that Syco threatened to report that they dropped Leona if she decided to leave their label. What scum.

 

Also interesting that she's considered leaving Syco multiple times in the past and finally took the leap when they wanted her to record an album that isn't true to her. I'd like more details on what the album would've been like.
