Poor Gareth of mariahcarey.uk emailed me (No one is active in his site.) with more news on the tour, it's not good news. -_-

In an interview with the girls from 3am at The Mirror, Mariah has revealed that she won't be bringing the tour to the UK.

She is quoted as saying "I wish I could take this tour to the UK - I love that place, but the timing just didn't work. I've got to start filming a movie called Tennessee later this year, then I start work on a new album. The UK fans are some of my favourites, though, and I want to get back there as soon as I can."

So it seems her new movie has made sure that her UK lambs won't be able to get a glimpse of the magical Adventures of Mimi.

There's definitely the need of a live dvd!

How long would it have taken to do a couple of London gigs? One week? :o

That's a shame, maybe there will be a dvd over in America that we can buy on import or something? :)

If she releases a dvd, it will be a worldwide release. :)

Hopefully she'll release one. :) It'll be great to see her perform even if it is on DVD.

I have seen from various clips that she has performed some older tracks. If there is a DVD, which track would you all want on the DVD? I would want Vision Of Love to be on. :)

No!

Now if there's no DVD I shall track her down and lamp her one myself. :arrr:

 And me! We need a DVD, we have had to forgive her for 3 tours with no dvd! She better do one this time. :arrr:

This is so depressing, but then again if we're getting a new album soon I don't mind so much. B)

Or me, but there again hopefully she will release a Tour DVD soon, around Christmas soon! I also have the tracklisting for the DVDs out on 2nd October, it's not very promising.

Oh no!

I was looking forward to seeing her as well. :arrr:

I was really hoping for the like 20 unreleased songs from the first album as extras! Oh well disappointing but I'll still get them both!

She's quite tough. Do you need someone to hold her arms still?

Yes. Much rather have that. Mimi was the last album I looked forward to for months and was not let down by. And it was the last solid album with a song I could dance to in a frenzied manner.

I need another Mariah album to do those things for me.

Yeh we need a new Mariah album! Material wise, it's the best thing I've heard in a long time - not just because I'm a Mariah fan. It only has like 1-2 bad songs on it! :o I don't mind she's not coming here to be honest, I think she should cancel that stupid film and get to work on the album and that Janet duet!

Well as I say it's a consolation that she isn't coming here. Still, it better be good.

Still, it better be good.

I'm sure it will be. She has a good hit-rate.

I swear if it has one hint of Charmbracelet I will burn it and mail it back to her. -_-

 I liked Charmbracelet!

I'd love her to work with Walter Afanasieff with this album, like she did for her old classics such as Hero, I'd love to see a few Daydream type songs.

Didn't like Daydream either. -_-

Why didn't you like Daydream? :o
