I know what you mean. They're clearly popular in New Zealand and Perrie used to live there! Hopefully as this era has been so successful in NZ they will go there on the next tour

They'll have over 6 million records sold in the uk this week! Currently 5.985,00

Get Weird: 2.668.000

DNA: 1.495.000

Salute: 1.240.000

Others: 582,000

How long until SLS overtakes 'Wings' and becomes their 2nd highest selling single? Any chance of it passing platinum within the next 12 months?
SLS will certainly reach platinum. It still remains on the chart and to my understanding has less than 90,000 sales to reach platinum. I would think it may reach it by the end the year. It would be very fitting for their 2 biggest selling singles to be from their most recent era.

It will most likely be used on the X factor or something and re-chart.

It is still selling ok so if it continues to hold it should go platinum (600k sales) in the next few months.

SLS has almost overtaken Wings already and I have no doubt it will go Platinum by the end of the year. Hopefully (although I'm not expecting it) SLS and Wings will both go Platinum

I'm sure 'Wings' will sell 600k+ eventually. It'll probably take a number of years to get there, though. SLS will almost certainly reach Platinum status by the end of the year.

So 7/27 debuted with worldwide pure sales of 91,000. Get Weird had 109,000

Out of those 91,000, 49,000 were from the US, leaving about 42k sales for 5h worldwide.

Does anyone know pure sales from GW in the release week in the UK? Considering 60k they're still above 5h, which is funny when people jump to call them "Only UK" when they clearly have a big buying fanbase even without a big worldwide hit. They're clearly doing something right.

Syco should really invest on a big production team for them in the next album, as they seem to be the ones that will actually make the investment pay off.

By the way, this week Get Weird matched DNA and both sold over 750k pure copies worldwide!

Get Weird debuted with 139,400 pure sales. Well that's according to musicharts.net!

Finally received the sales.

Full sales updated for Get Weird, Hair, SLS and Black Magic!

Ironic that you finally get sales figures the day before the new charts! Thanks for the update though

New charts doesn't mean new sales though, they usually don't come until at the earliest Monday, unless Music Week reports on something. We haven't had confirmed updated figures of Black Magic or SLS for week.

I fear, that, because of streaming Work From Home will quite easily outsell Black Magic, which is a shame because Black Magic has undoubtedly higher pure sales. SLS is looking more and more likely to become their second platinum single, I'm really glad this is to be their second highest seller.

Awesome - thanks.

Would you be able to add the platinum, gold and silver pics to their sales from other countries too (the ones we know)?

I like seeing how many they have :D

I've given it a go, let me know what's missing.

The only ones missing that I can see now are Gold for Black Magic and Wings in the USA.

Joe. thanks for keeping this thread up to date :)

It's brilliant to see how high Black Magic sales are, and it's even better to see that SLS looks to be heading for platinum and Get Weird double platinum. I'm also hoping Wings is steadily crawling towards to the 600k marker too. To top it off it'd be brilliant to see them get a million seller in the singles chart one day.

Fingers crossed their next era will continue on the success they have experienced with this one.
