Posted December 30, 201311 yr I've been trying to open a closed topic inside the Personal Charts forum (where I moderate), but it comes up with the following message: Sorry, an error occurred. If you are unsure on how to use a feature, or don't know why you got this error message, try looking through the help files for more information. The error returned was: You do not have permission to carry out that function I'm not sure why this is, but I'm fairly sure I should be able to do this and Eyes has told me that it is supposedly in my capabilities to do.
