I dont know why, but everytime I make a post in the shakira forum, the bit on the outside of the forum where it says 'new' disappears, even though I just posted, and it doesn't happen to any other forums to my knowledge. I posted a comment now and it says no new posts have been made, but as an example, there hasnt been a post in the rachel stevens forum since 23 March and ti has the new posts thing flashing :blink:

what the 'NEW' means is that there are still new posts in that forum that you havent read.

 

If you go into the rachel stevens forum there will be some topics you havent read :). You can remove all 'NEW' icons by clicking the 'Mark all posts as read' at the bottom right on the board index. Or you can be more specific and remove it for just one forum by clicking the 'NEW' icon on the left of the forum.
