I can't stand Anna but she's a great drunk!

There was a few mistakes though. I'm sure Tina(she was amazing otherwise) fumbled her first few lines about David and Max.

 

There probably were - but to sustain such a high standard over a whole hour was quite a feat!

 

I felt like the camera was on Roy too long than planned at the beginning, and of course there was Craig 'miming' to Taylor Swift! :lol: - but that episode was really executed fantastically. For some scenes, it felt like they were pre-recorded they were that good.

 

David, Kylie and Sarah were brilliant tonight and I absolutely loved how gritty and aggressive the fight scene and death were! I miss when soaps were like that.

 

That said, I can imagine the aftermath is going to go back to the quality that Corrie has been when it comes to drama since Stuart has been in charge.

I watched the live. Jack P Shepherd was wonderful + Tina REALLY surprised me - it just goes to show with her that it's not the acting which is a cause for concern, it's about how appallingly they've handled her character since she came back.

Oh yeah, Tina's an EXCELLENT actress I think, but the character of Sarah has been so wasted which is a huge shame I think :( Hopefully they'll be giving her loads more huge storylines going forward!

Am I the only one who thinks Roy moving on to someone else very out of character? Some people never get over their wife/husband dying, and Roy is definitely one of them.

Roy for me would never have found anyone else again after Hayley.

Totally agreed, somebody like Roy wouldn't ever get with anybody else.

I'm a bit bored with Roy now so I just sort of switch off when he's around.

 

Gail was fab tonight! I was hoping that the copper wasn't married and may be a future boyfriend for her - imagine David's panic!

 

I burst out laughing when Sarah misinterpreted something David said as him having to kill her to keep her quiet about Callum :lol: :lol:

Sarah is an icon. Her shift work is inspirational and I'm glad it's finally being seen as a running gag.

Whaaat Roy carries a lot of the show for me. I was really against him getting with Cathy until she waved at him on the bus and then I was all for it :lol:

Does anyone else think like me that Callum isn't dead? He could have been stunned and bled but somehow escaped. I read an interview with the actor that suggested he that he hasn't left the show yet. Could he turn up and give the the shock of their lives? :o

He's absolutely hilarious. I burst out laughing when he pretty much slammed the door in Callum's mother's face + when he told Gemma to let them know in advance when she was going to visit next :lol: :lol:
