Perhaps but considering it was a new release yesterday that had some pre-orders, you would expect it to have peaked yesterday and as soon as it began to drop for the first time, it would continue to do so. It is now up to #302 so it does seem to be consistently climbing again.

Chris *Malinchak himself is of course also releasing a new song next week :P He's at #265 on pre-orders right now and has been hanging around for a few weeks though not cracking the top 200 AFAIA. Nonetheless, hopefully he should still contend for low top 10, I love 'If U Got It' nearly as much as 'So Good To Me' now :wub:

A quick look at the YouTube comments and Wikipedia reveals that the second series of 'The Bridge' (for which 'Hollow Talk' is the theme) has just started airing in the UK. It reached #93 in 2012 when the first series was shown - by which time it was already a pretty old song.

They didn't appear on the feed while still pre-orders but they were still a thing. Songs that had single pre-orders would just debut very high (and with no indication on the feed of how well they were going to do it meant those songs were a little less predictable than they are now). But of course EP pre-orders were much more common then, single pre-orders used to be the minority until they started showing on the feed.
