Why Icona Pop never did a pre-order for "I Love It", I'll never understand. Could have prevented so many fake versions from entering into the top 75.

 

They did have a pre-order, it was just an EP pre-order. But single pre-orders don't stop fake versions anyway (look at 'Wake Me Up').

'My Love' is the track of the day on Radio 1 by the way which is why it's now so high. Probably won't sustain this boost, it's definitely in need of being brought forward a bit but they never do that with songs like this :(

 

Hooray for Gorgon City making the top 40. Hope they can get #1 next week but I wouldn't say no to a second week for Clean Bandit.

 

The rest of the top 10 have caught up to 'Wild Heart' now, expect it to start dropping again quite soon. Neon Jungle are still holding up quite well.

lol. To be honest, most rap songs are gimmicky anyway since most of them have punchlines or puns or slang in them.

DJ Mustard had 6 songs in the Hot 100 the other week as well. Hopefully he'll become the new Timabaland/Dr. Luke/The Neptunes, because he's absolutely phenomenal. :)

 

My Hitta's sales mainly come from viral videos on Vine or Youtube I think, so I assume it's just a new video that's boosted it.
