So a reboot of charmed is in the works and I am terribly excited. The original series were amazing to say the least and I for one cannot wait to see how this works out.

I think it could be great actually, but with the fact that there will be no returning cast hopefully they get good actors. I assume it will start again from the beginning? like moat reboots?

No, it's not good. It's ABYSMAL! It didn't even end that long ago. The original was brilliance and the fact that there are still occasional calls for a 9th would show the desire for Charmed is for a resurrection not a rebooting.

It's not like it would follow the original Charmed's plot, it would just be based on it. I'd definitely watch it.

I'm definitely going to give it a try and I'll probably love it, it'll be nice to have Charmed back on tv. It won't be the same without the main cast though. I'm gonna assume it's going to be Prue Piper and Phoebe so Paige will be missed unless they have to bring her in again.

 

I would much prefer a new series of the original though but holly is sometimes in Pretty Little Liars, Alyssa has Misstresses and Rose is Rose.

Rose could play a villain in the reboot, she has the looks now.

There's are 4 sisters from the start this time apparently, I think it's going go be great :) Also if there was a film to be made, all 4 original cast members agreed that they would appear in it :D but there is no actual confirmation of a film so... :(

The actually says it's a story of 4 sisters talking about the old Charmed so I presume thats where your mistake was made.

No. Charmed was my favourite programme growing up and I really don't want it tarnished. :( It's not even that old!
