It only got to the B-list and was removed just after it charted. I only remember this because I was annoyed as it had so much potential that was wasted.

Ah fair enough, I remember hearing it quite a lot at the time, which is why I bought it!

Say Something peaked at #4 in America, not #1, will probably do the same here. Personally I think it's a bit naff but I'm sure lots will like it.

+1 to the 'mystified that Bastille will re-release Flaws and not Bad Blood/Laura Palmer' bandwagon.

Why is will.i.am still on the C-List? I thought Radio 1 would A-List it because he works for BBC on The Voice. :(

The Great Big World and Route 94 songs are going to smash!

Maybe they've realised it's a crap song! I'd love to see this miss the top 10 but it will probably end up around number 6/7

Great to see Alesso and Katy up on the A-list, hoping these can both be huge!!

I agree with Route 94, if this could smash I'd be thrilled!! Would be good to see Jess Glynne get another huge hit

There's no way they'd get away with Laura Palmer - it was on the Radio 1 A-list for a ridiculous length of time and still couldn't go top 40. Would have loved to see Bad Blood being re-released though.

 at the idea that Radio 1 would snub a song based on its lack of artistic merit!

Also, according to Wikipedia (so it's definitely true), this is actually the third time Bastille are releasing Flaws??!

I'm pretty sure it reached #1 on the Digital Songs chart. Also it may not have peaked yet on the Hot 100 anyway.

Only 3 additions? That's awful.

In turn, we have the first track to be playlisted with Christina's name on it since 'Candyman' back in 2007. :o

What? They didn't playlist Moves Like Jagger? :o

As well as all of Alexandra Burke's singles between "Broken Heels" and "Elephant".

And Robbie Williams' "Candy", of course.

They never playlisted Moves Like Jagger?! Not even after it 100th week in the top 5?!

I swear they playlisted All Night Long by Alexandra?

Nope. They never playlisted that, or her 2 week #1 "Start Without You".

Well, I'm shocked - it's not as if Maroon 5 or Christina are "old", and the song seems like just the kind of thing they would play!
Radio 1 had snubbed Maroon 5 for a while before it. They did bizarrely start supporting M5 heavily again after that (well 'Payphone' and 'One More Night' were both A-Listed, 'Daylight' may have been as well) but are now back to snubbing them again (thankfully).
I seem to remember there being a song of theirs under consideration for playlisting during the 'access all areas' thing and they decided to not playlist it? (Probably 'Love Somebody' as that was the 4th single and a fairly big hit in the USA).
They're playing it because it's been #1 in the States and is clearly going to do the same here. And it's amazing.

Pisses me off that the playlist team clearly check the us top 10 &

If a songs successful there then it def gets played here evenif they never support the artist before or again after?!

Anyway obv after 2 weeks where the entire clist changed we would have a quiet week with some stability, only Hey Brother has overstayed its welcome in the alist! Strange Fuse & Matrix came and went so quickly deserve more time than Hey Brother!

Does anyone know the story with Full Circle being alisted - didn't they alist last march/April? Whats the point?

It's been re-released. Does this really need to be explained any further?

That was earlier in the year, it was 'Daylight' up for consideration that week and they playlisted it (but decided against Nicole Scherzinger, Ke$ha and Icona Pop) (although the latter did get playlisted later when it got a new release date anyway. 'Love Somebody' never had a planned release here.
