*.* At Sanna now being the favourite. Actually surprised that Armenia haven't tumbled further. Surely The Netherlands should be at least 2nd or 3rd favourites by now?

Armenia's performance really showed the whole thing up to to be totally hollow and without substance. GOOD.
^ the violins not live sounded quite shit too - would have had more impact if he had 4 violinist around him when the subset comes in
I haven't checked any entries yet bar France and UK but I will vote for the poor Ukrainian people.

Apparantly The Netherlands have now surpassed The UK and are #3 in the odds? That seems a bit of an overreaction? I mean top 5 isn't out of reach but I highly doubt we'll do much better than that?

(Not sure if true as I don't understand that oddschecker website)

Yeah the Netherlands are currently 3rd Tim!

Sweden have drifted to nearly 3/1 in some places and Armenia have drifted to 4/1. It's going to be so close at the top by the end of the week! :o The way things are going, The Netherlands could move into 2nd or even 1st at the rate their odds are shortening. Even now The Netherlands are as low as 4/1 at one bookmaker although the majority are 7/1 and 8/1.

I hope this won't happen. The sympathy vote going to Ukraine :( I do like their entry (a lot) but I don't like it when people vote on things that aren't related to the songs that are performed. Ugh.

I can definitely see the UK regaining 3rd in the odds after Armenia surely fall to 4th/beyond?

I don't think Armenia will fall that quickly, however The Netherlands could catch them with the rate they are shortening. I think we'll see more big changes once the final draw and the dress rehearsals happen on Friday!

There's a big gap after the top 6 now though with Denmark trying to hang on but not managing it! :P

I've never followed he odds this close but they're quite exciting
I think people are getting a little carried away with The Netherlands. It's different, but I don't think it will actually WIN. I can see it being in the 4-6 region.
I agree, I'd say 4th is the highest we can get. And that is if the purchases on Itunes around Europe actually turn into votes
It'll have a strong ''this is not typical Eurovision'' type vote for sure and also it's a damn good song and really well performed too so it deserves to do that well. I just don't think it has enough actual appeal to WIN, or be in contention.

I think top 5 but not winning. I do think it's a bit too subtle/not instant enough but obviously it managed to sail through last night and Saturday will have the advantage of some people having already heard it once...

The momentum appears to be with them right now but I remember who the momentum was with in Melodifestivalen </3

If they get a good running order draw then they're definitely in with a shout at top 5. Otherwise I think anywhere between 7 and 13.
What do people think is actually going to finish above them though? If they won the semi (as iTunes could possibly be indicating) there's no reason at all why they can't be breaking the top three.
I think the UK, Sweden and Hungary will be above them for sure, with a reasonable chance for Ukraine, Denmark and Greece too.

I don't think Hungary will do quite as well as is being predicted. For such a chart-friendly song it's not exactly smashing on iTunes anywhere thus far. That suggests to me that maybe it only came 4th or 5th in the semi and will finish 7th-10th in the final.

I think The Netherlands could potentially finish above Sweden now, and I honestly can't call the UK finishing position.
