I wish the album would go top 100 or something. It's annoying seeing it hang around #200 - #400 all the time.

It'll get top 100 during its final week til release most likely. Unless they do some pre promoting, they won't be climbing back in any time soon :(
Atleast it's not disappearing :D

Yeah but at #200 and lower they're literally getting about 10 sales a day. I know nobody buys their albums but I thought with a price cut and a new single they'd at least climb in the top 100 even just for a bit. They're getting outsold by albums that have been out for years. Ugh.

WAKE UP UK! THE ALBUM IS ALRIGHT!

I think it'll get some decent(ish) sales the week of Not Giving Up's release if there is good airplay and buzz surrounding the single. I can see it maybe going silver if NGU is a bigger hit than Disco Love and Gentleman.

If Not Giving Up goes Top 5, most likely, the album could re-peak, so the whole campaign could actually be saved.

e.g. Pixie Lott's 'Gravity' allowed her free-falling album to re-peak at number 6

e.g. Ellie Goulding's How long will I Love You allowed her album to go back to number one.

So i wouldn't be worried. They're probably only selling 100/110 copies a week if including physical sales

NGU will definitely be a bigger hit that Gentleman. In my ideal world it would be a bigger hit than all fired up but that's just my ideal.

The song doesn't necessarily need to do well in order to boost sales, it just needs to be a single that will connect with audiences and give them an impression of the album's overall sound. Im pretty sure Gravity and Radioactive (Rita Ora) barely had success yet it helped both albums climb significantly, although they both got decent airplay which im sure this will get too.

I doubt NGU is going to make the album go top 100 again, let alone re-peak. It might stimulate the girls to release Leave A Light On tho, which should stimulate albums sales more than NGU might

If Kiss the Stars 'Pixie Lott' can (the most generic song of 2012), then im sure this can take it back top 50. No one really believed Disco Love would get to top 5 until its final pre-release week so you never know

I know right! You can't disagree that it wasn't generic but it was a great song! At least one person has faith in this campaign haha

If JSG says #1 with 203,000 copies :P

Hahahhahahahhahaha. #3 with 80,000 ;) I bet! Would be good I'd it were more!!
I was thinking #3 :P Really bad at predicting sales though so not gonna estimate that!

I really want them to get a 2nd #1 tbh. I mean looking at this as a pre album release it's possible. Objectively, it is a really good song. A bit generic but better than most of their material so far. There's no reasoning can't be a hit!
