Used the youtube views graph and figured these out approx, this is the peak the sats videos have had in one day;

 

What about us FT Sean Paul - 100,000 (3 days at 100,000) 12 days to 1 million

Higher FT Flo Rida - 42,000 / 21 days to 1 million

Missing You - 55,000 / 14 days to 1 million

Disco Love - 180,000 (3 days at 100,000 mark) 23 days to 1 million

Gentleman - 350,000 (3 days at 100,000 mark/ 1 day over 150,000) 5 days to 1 million (struggled after 1.2 million approx)

What about Us - 1,000,000 (7 days over 100,000 mark) 1 day to 1 million

Not Giving Up on Love - 180,000 (3 days over 100,000 mark) 6/7 est to 1 million

 

So it's on par with what about us which is at 8 million views accumulative. So it could get to 9 million as it's had a better longevity to gentleman or disco love which slid after two/three days in views

Youtube have updated their views. Day 5 is below.

 

Day 1 - 100,000

Day 2 - 62,000

Day 3 - 130,000

Day 4 - 180,000

Day 5 - 143,000

 

Total - 615,302

 

Day 6 is already on 30,000, seems like the days are being counted from 4pm - 4pm the next day. So its had 30k in the past 4 hours

It's doing really well. I expected it to slow down by now. Even if we drop down to 50k a day it'll still be at 3 million by the time of release, which is awesome for them.

Right. Can we please stop this Youtube analysis obsession? It's just not important in the grand scheme of things! For example, Neon Jungle's last single only had about 700-800k views, yet managed to sell 60k and debut at #4. If they get amazing views, great, but we don't need to multi-page analysis when it means nothing! Fair enough if you want to post when they reach big milestones like 1m or 1.5m etc. but we don't need minute-by-minute updates!

It's not bad at all. It's frikking amazing. So far it's showing potential to be a bigger hit than 3/4 singles from this album.

I don't see any problem in people talking about YouTube views here. The song isn't getting any sort of airplay at the moment and is barely on TV so YouTube is the only really area where we can get an idea of public reaction to the song. It's doing really well and it's easy for me to check this thread from time to time and see how it's doing on YouTube without going there myself and guessing how many views it's had since _____ and how well it's doing compared to _____ etc.

i'm with Shadow... plus I think the fact its not even been a week and managed 705,402 views is impressive!

And the fact that 12,626 Like the video compared to the 685 that dislike is a big achievement, especially as the video cost like £12
