I think it's quite possible that it could be Gaga. http://imgur.com/7OEzpkX.png Many of the highlighted points do make me think of her, and there were whispers a while ago that Gaga wanted to release Act 2 before the tour started. She's been away for a while and has been very mysterious, and we're almost certain that the video coming on Saturday is a music video - for a single that very strangely hasn't been announced or sent to radio yet. Things are weird, and the idea of a surprise Act 2 release makes sense of so much that's been happening. That being said, it could be literally anyone and I don't want to be disappointed at all. I think it's definitely someone from the SXSW event, so I'm thinking either Bieber or Gags. I was dead certain it was Nicki to begin with, but would she really sacrifice her relationship with target? She's said before that it's where most of her sales have came from and Rihanna is far too lazy to make more videos than she needs to so it really could be Gaga you guys especially with the huge video shoot she had at Hearst Castle recently!

PLEASE BE GAGA PLEASE I WILL DIE IF IT IS PLEASE

Emeli Sande :D she did say her new material is on the way.

Calum will be happy ^_^

My first thought was Adele. She doesn't need promotion and could easily pull off a Beyonce. Plus, she's a massive Beyonce fan anyway.
My money's on Adele too. I can't believe so many people think it's Rihanna. It wouldn't be much of a 'comeback' anyway.

It's going to be someone who laid low for at least the past few months, not announcing anything. And I mean anything. Therefore convinced this isn't Lana. Adele fits all the criteria really. My bet is on her perhaps.

Yeah I don't think it'll be Rihanna, she's much more a singles artist.

And Beyonce had never released a strong album either before last December!

But with Nicki we already know the album title and have had a buzz single. Although it does say "Beyonce-esque", it just would seem odd given we know that information.

Therefore, Adele.

B'Day and 4 are much more flawless than Self-titled. In my opinion.

Why would it be Adele when most of her fans don't even know how to use a computer?
U2 have been talking *a lot* lately about how to stay relevant and how to get young people to buy an album these days. I live in hope.

I don't think so because they say it could be as big as Beyoncé, but if it were to be Adele, it would be A LOT MORE BIGGER than Beyonce's album. Adele popularity as a singer is miles above everyone else.

My money is on Rihanna too. It would fit perfectly for her, because she would need a decent gap between her album and this soundtrack album in Nov. She has been working on material for months and months.

It wouldn't be that much of a stretch for Rihanna either, she normally randomly drops her Lead single to Itunes with very little build up (normally played on radio the day or week before then on sale with no video), so doing that with a whole album isn't much of a stretch.

It might even be Cheryl Cole she has been away quite awhile and going down a different route with a new sound ^_^

It's from a US source so i doubt they'd make much of a deal out of a Cheryl release

I'd say the main contenders are Rihanna, Nicki, Gaga, Adele, Lana and for male artists Frank Ocean would be a good shout. Excited for any of those.
